* AccidentalInnuendo:
** In one episode, Mickey, Donald and Goofy sing a song called "Shake Your Peanut" to a baby elephant.
** Another episode has the gang looking for a "triangle bush". And then when they push the Mickey ears-shaped button, fireworks start to burst. Make that what you will.
** The first lines in Megamort's VillainSong in "Super Adventure" has him saying "Pete is big[=/=]Now he's small," but the way he says it makes it sound like "'''Penis''' big[=/=]Now he's small," which can raise a few immature chuckles [[TheLoinsSleepTonight from the implications]].
* AlternateCharacterInterpretation:
** In "Road Rally". Take this quote from Goofy: "I have the rescue truck, so '''I''' should go looking for Toodles!" Either he realizes that it's pretty much his fault Toodles is upset in the first place and wants to find him, or he's oblivious to it and still wants to show the rescue truck off.
** Everything is named after Mickey, making him seem like an egomaniac.
* AmericansHateTingle: Similar to WesternAnimation/DoraTheExplorer, due to its use of FakeInteractivity, the show isn't as well-liked in Japan as it is in some parts of the world, possibly because Japanese children don't like being talked down to by other people. The very same reactions apply to Poland, where FakeInteractivity shows are either outright hated or at best made fun of.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: Megamort/[[spoiler:Mortimer]]'s VillainSong in "Super Adventure!" is nothing short of jazzy and fun. The song gained further popularity in 2024 due to his MemeticBadass status he's been given.
--> "Pete is big! Now he's small!"
--> "And this is how I'm gonna take it all!"
--> "[[CharacterCatchphrase Ha cha cha]]!"
* BaseBreakingCharacter: Toodles after getting a face and [[SuddenlyVoiced voice]] in Season 3. Some think that it gives him more personality beyond just giving the gang their Mousketools, while others think that he was more charming without a face and that giving him a face stripped him of that charm and pushed him into the UnintentionalUncannyValley.
* CaptainObviousReveal: It's fairly obvious that Megamort from "Super Adventure!" was [[spoiler:Mortimer Mouse]] just from looking at him. He's tall, has [[spoiler:Mortimer]]'s iconic voice, his supervillain alter-ego has "Mort" in it, and he even says his infamous "[[CharacterCatchphrase Ha cha cha!]]".
* DesignatedVillain: Pete, though he's more of an antagonist and doesn't always play that role, either. In some cases, he's like a HeelFaceRevolvingDoor, since almost every special starts off with him as the antagonist and he's good by the end, only for him to be the BigBad again in the next special. ("Super Adventure" subverts this when he turns good halfway through the special after Megamort reveals himself.) Of course, for a kid's show like this, he's as close to a villain as we get.
* FanNickname: In the Hispanosphere, Toodles is refered by many as "Ochurus", given how the phrase "Oh, Toodles!" sounds phonetically in Spanish. And yes, [[ViewerNameConfusion the "Oh" at the beginning is taken as part of the name]].
* SugarWiki/FunnyMoments: In "Donald the Frog Prince", Mickey and Donald (who turned into a frog) have to climb up a really long scarf that Daisy made to get up to the tower Princess Daisy is in. Later, we get this gem:
-->'''Daisy:''' Oh, my! It's Pete! He's coming up in the elevator!\
'''Mickey:''' [[ComicallyMissingthePoint There's an...]] ''[[LampshadeHanging elevator?]]''
* MemeticBadass: In early 2024, Megamort/[[spoiler:Mortimer Mouse]]'s VillainSong has gained popularity due to how hilariously powerful he is with his shrinking glove, to the point where various memes spawned of him blasting other characters in different media. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1ees-GyYlQ Here's a series of examples by Paul Will slap u]].
* MemeticMutation:
** "It's a surprise tool that can help us later."[[labelnote:Explanation]]Mickey's description of the Mystery Mousekatool. In the meme, the line is usually preceded by someone questioning someone's possession of a suspicious and/or dangerous item.[[/labelnote]]
** "Meeska, Mooska, Mickey Mouse!"[[labelnote:Explanation]]Each episode always have Mickey saying this magic word, derived from ''Series/TheMickeyMouseClub''.[[/labelnote]]
** "Oh, Toodles!"
** "Say, you wanna come inside my clubhouse?"[[labelnote:Explanation]]Mickey tells the audience this at the start of the ThemeTune. Infamous for how creepy it sounds when taken out of context, and is often edited with someone saying "No" in response to the line.[[/labelnote]]
** The show is also a popular source of YouTubePoop.
** "That's the caboose. But I like to call it the caboosey."[[labelnote:Explanation]]Said by Goofy in the season 3 episode ''Choo-Choo Express''. When discussing the different train cars, Goofy naturally introduces the caboose in this fashion. However, the internet thought he called it "[[{{Mondegreen}} the cabussy]]" thanks to a long running trend of ending words with "-ussy", as in "pussy".[[/labelnote]]
** The clip of Mickey sadly walking to where the Glove Balloon was in "Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt" has been used on Twitter to mock people (usually animation fans) when something doesn't go their way. Sometimes accompanied by the song See You Again by Charlie Puth and edited to make it look as though Mickey is swearing.
** In late 2023, it became a common trend among the [[Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog Sonic]] fandom to compare the Netflix series ''WesternAnimation/SonicPrime'' to ''Mickey Mouse Clubhouse'', or just calling some cheesy media "Mickey Mouse" or "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" as a derogatory term in general.
** "What do we do when we see a red flag?"[[labelnote:Explanation]]In one episode where Mickey and his friends are driving, they see a handy helper waving a red flag. Mickey asks the audience what it means when they see it. Combine that with the commonly used definition of a red flag, and it becomes all the more meme worthy. This was taken a step further when Disney Junior posted [[https://www.tiktok.com/@disneyjunior/video/7280938588483767585?lang=en the scene]] on their Platform/TikTok account. Many of the commenters began accusing Mickey for calling them out.[[/labelnote]]
** Pete's Clubhouse[[labelnote:Explanation]]In "Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt", Pete has an ImagineSpot where he has his own clubhouse, with a theme song that's just him singing "Pete's Clubhouse" over and over again. This meme became popular after the ''WesternAnimation/SteamboatWillie'' version of Mickey Mouse entered the PublicDomain, resulting in many people creating memes about the scene.[[/labelnote]]
** Megamort shrinking things in "Super Adventure" became a popular meme in early 2024, which took off as Megamort, saying his trademark "Ha cha cha!", blasting other things or characters leading to effects other than shrinking.
* PeripheryDemographic: It has a niche following amongst preteens who enjoy making "Oh Toodles" compilations, to the point where "Oh Toodles" compilation videos get upwards of 7 million views, and pages related to the show constantly trend on the Disney Fandom wiki.
* TheScrappy: Even on a show aimed at younger children, Clarabelle comes off as insufferable, relying on bad cow puns and singing the same music snippet for every sequence in her "Moosical."
* SweetnessAversion: Many older fans of the classic Disney characters dismiss the show largely because of this, mostly for its lack of meaningful conflict and abrasive slapstick, as well as reducing Disney's mascot into a toddler-show character [[FakeInteractivity similar to that of]] WesternAnimation/{{Dora|the Explorer}}. These fans were eventually satisfied when ''WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse2013'' started giving the characters the edge they desired.
* TearJerker:
** "Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt" has Mickey blame himself for the loss of Easter eggs for the hunt by putting them in the Glove Balloon basket, which floated away. Mickey sadly walks over to where the Glove Balloon was and sniffles while petting Pluto while the others look on in sadness. [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness This is one of the only times in the show Mickey shows a strong emotion other than happiness]].
** Toodles' story arc in "Road Rally" is this. He slowly feels that the rescue truck is overshadowing him and doesn't feel accepted or wanted anymore as a helper or as a friend. So he goes off on his own and cries in a dark part of the jungle. Keep in mind, Toodles is one of the few characters to actually cry on screen. To add insult to injury, none of his friends realize that he is gone until they realize just how much they need him. Ouch.
** The fact that this was one of Creator/WayneAllwine and Creator/RussiTaylor's last roles before their deaths. The show seemed to acknowledge this, as one of the episodes was dedicated to Allwine.
* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: A few people had this reaction when Toodles got not just a face, but a somewhat grating voice. Other people now like Toodles better with a face and voice.
* UnexpectedCharacter: Since Pete regularly plays the bad guy in big adventure stories, nearly nobody was expecting Mortimer Mouse to be given a role as the true antagonist of "Super Adventure", especially since at first it seems as if it's Pete as usual. However, due to the constant advertising on Disney Junior of this special, all of which featuring the character, this comes off more as TheUnreveal.
