* EndingFatigue: One can easily feel this during the part of the movie where the Gokaiger and Goseigers fight the army of ranger key clones. Each battle takes 5-10 minutes and is paced like it's the final one when there's another one right after it until the end of the scene. Gokiager has good action on the whole, and the director and stunt coordinators make excellent use of the stuntmen hired, but this doesn't stop each fight from making you feel like you need a break in between each one.
* FridgeBrilliance: Choosing to use the theme of Tensou Sentai Goseiger's for the first war itself might not mean anything for some people as the past teams always have their own main theme songs play at some point in their movies. The Goseigers are seen as Guardian Angels by some, motif wise. In this context, every Super Sentai team from Gorenger up to Goseiger at the time are all treated as planet Earth's Guardian Angels, willing to risk their lives and secret identities to defend Earth from evil.
** Goseiger being the one Sentai team to actively try to get their powers back, even by force makes perfect sense as they were the last team and were still actively attempting their mission of watching out for the Earth even though their main enemy had been defeated prior to losing them. Most of the other teams had long retired prior to the war anyway, were able to keep doing their job without their powers (Boukenger), or had advanced technology to compensate (Dekaranger), so they were more willing to let the Gokaigers have them. The Goseigers aren't human, but angels watching over the Earth so their Ranger powers are tied to their very being and they don't have regular civilian jobs to return to. Even in the finale when they give the Keys back, it's with a, "For now it's safer to keep all the powers in one place," implying they ''do'' want them back at some point once the Gokaigers' battle is over.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** The Gokaigers and Goseigers spend the first third of the film fighting each other and the next third trying to get along, including a scene with Luka and Moune realizing that they're of the same mind. Three years after the film premieres, the Gokaigers will share their [[Series/PowerRangersMegaforce Power Ranger counterparts]] with the Goseigers. The Megaforce Rangers don't have any mental anguish/self-doubt to make this Hilarious in Hindsight in that respect as well.
** While the Goseigers assume their SuperMode (Super Goseiger) during the fight against the Ranger Keys, the Gokaigers don't have a corresponding form yet still fight on par with their powered up counterparts. In ''Super Megaforce'', the Gokaigers ''ARE'' the Goseigers' Super Mode (Super Goseiger is Ultra Mode). Later still, ''Chou Super Hero Taisen'' has Gokai Red (who still never got a power-up of his own) fighting as part of a team of Super Red Rangers.
** In an episode of Gokaiger, Gai complained about not being present for the movie. ''Super Megaforce'' will semi-correct that, with several moments of "[=GokaiSilver=]" with the "Goseigers" and serving as their sixth ranger.
