1	* ArchivePanic: Over 3,000 videos as of 2014. Some of them are just trailers or announcements, but it's safe to say you aren't watching all of this.
2	* ColbertBump: After [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nic1q-IgHR0 Mark's review]] of ''[[Pinball/TXSector TX Sector]]'', the pinball table's value increased by a wide margin.
3	** This has actually happened to a number of games he's reviewed; for example a quite a few previously overlooked Genesis/Mega Drive {{Shoot Em Up}}s have now gone up in value (which makes collecting a bit complicated for those who watch his reviews and are confused when the eBay prices of a game he says he snagged for less than ten dollars has now suddenly ''quadrupled'' in value).
4	** In more recent reviews, Mark has gotten wise to this effect and notes in the reviews when the game he purchased on the cheap has since taken a steep climb in price on the used market.
5	* HePannedItNowHeSucks:
6	** The ''VideoGame/PerfectDark'' review, which praised the game but completely slammed the marketing and money-milking involved. The backlash to this was such that comments on the video in question are now disabled.
7	** Viewers who did not get the joke lashed out at him for saying that ''Cosmic Carnage'' is a better game than ''[[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaOcarinaOfTime Ocarina of Time]]'' in his UsefulNotes/Nintendo3DS overview.
8	* HilariousInHindsight: The implication that the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJTZxD7I15s original Xbox controller]] is always watching you.
9	* SeasonalRot: After an initial wave of optimism, the [=MK3=] era came to be seen as a low point for many fans. Common complaints include [[OverusedRunningGag running gags being driven into the ground]], too much video time spent on Patreon backer credits and promotion of Mark's other projects, low effort content (most notoriously the [=#WhoDefeatz=] videos) paired with [[DearNegativeReader Mark's confrontational attitude toward those who critcized those uploads]], and generally feeling tired.
10	* SoBadItsGood: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=HOhejQZkfK4 Mark's opinion on the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers game for the Genesis, to an extent.]]
11	* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: Many Website/YouTube commenters seem to dislike whenever Mark has a co-host (especially TJ) saying they wish Mark would go back to reviewing games by himself. Of course, they don't seem to realize that the original version of the show had two hosts....
12	** Amusingly enough, this has been flipped after the relaunch of the show, which Mark now does on his own; with a number of commenters constantly asking Mark to bring back the old crew.
