7	* CompleteMonster: The monstrous [[AxCrazy Gosterro]] is a [[SociopathicSoldier sadistic, brutal Gradosian officer]] whose [[BloodKnight only joy is in murder]]. Gleefully leading his forces in the Gradosian invasion of Earth, murdering soldier and civilian alike, Gosterro cheerfully [[BadBoss catches his own men in his attacks]], enjoying the deaths of his own soldiers while referring to those he hunts down as "prey" or "meat". Utterly without honor, Gosterro sets up a duel, only to use hidden snipers on his enemies so he can have the joy of murdering them after. With a body count of innocent and soldier alike that eclipses many Gradosians, Gosterro is later made into a cyborg and escapes after committing several more murders, intending on returning to kill all in his path just to satisfy his thirst for blood.
8	* EnsembleDarkhorse: Gosterro, in a LoveToHate kind of way. Let's see, in ''VideoGame/ShinSuperRobotWars'', [[spoiler:he's the TrueFinalBoss inside the [[Anime/MobileFighterGGundam Devil Gundam]]]], and gets his own theme called [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZVid_i-1Zw&list=PL4hlNrdSAMaTxDzIgY3DUHZVJqtQlWx-E&index=27 Heavy Blow]] for Super Robot Wars OE. Not bad for a low-level starter villain-turned-miniboss.
9	* FashionVictimVillain: Le Caine may be a rather skillful EvilPrince badass but what the HELL is he wearing?!

12	** The Gradosians cross the line in the ''first'' episode already [[spoiler:by brutally massacring the defenceless exchange students and personnel]]. And they just keep on running from there!
13	** Gosterro in particular keeps having his own episode-after-episode following his debut: [[spoiler: Eiji takes Gusten, one of Gosterro's wingmen hostage and threatens to execute him, hoping that Gosterro would call off his men and retreat. Gosterro calls his bluff, then later brutally kills Gusten himself after [[MookFaceTurn Gusten tries to kill Gosterro in revenge for his complacency]]. When the other wingman, Roberia, hears Eiji accuse Gosterro of killing Gusten, he questions Gosterro about it, who just ignores Roberia and implicates himself. When Roberia tries to capture Gosterro and bring him before a court trial, Gosterro kills him in cold blood with no hesitation. In the next episode, when Gale's SPT squad is going to chase after Eiji, Gosterro hijacks another SPT and kills the Gradosian soldier inside, laughing about it. Posing as Gale's wingman, he then tries to backstab and kill him after Gale questions Eiji about the deaths of Gusten & Roberia and then casually kills Gale's other wingman. 15	* TheScrappy: Arthur, who has clearly mistaken abject stupidity for comic relief. He becomes ''slightly'' more bearable in the 1999 arc, if only because, [[spoiler: as a now-chubby member of the elite who ineffectually tries to collaborate with his friends in LaResistance]], he's in the show much less.
