----
!!General examples for the series:
* BizarroEpisode: The second part of the Season 3 premiere, "Bunstoppable," involves Sid and Adelaide making bao based on their father's family recipe. In case that sounds normal enough, then it involves three bandits being whisked from the past via a time rift!
* CreatorsPet:
** Sergio. Despite the fact that a majority of the show's fanbase hates him for being a tremendous Jerkass who causes conflict in nearly every episode, he gets shoehorned into the series so often that characters like Carlitos and Lalo become underutilized compared to him. He's also made guest appearances in episodes of WesternAnimation/TheLoudHouse where Lori attends Fairway University, such as "Don't You Fore-Get About Me" and "Crash Course", adding little, if anything to their plots. Bonus points for being an actual pet.
** Carl becomes quite overexposed starting with season 2, having more focus episodes than anyone else not named Ronnie Anne, and usually having prominent roles in others.
* DiagnosedByTheAudience: With her tendency to talk solely about either animals or K-Pop, her energy sometimes causing her to display signs of overstimulation (usually either flapping her hands or talking super quickly), and her habit of rushing into things without thinking about the consequences (complete with her parents referring to many of her ideas as being "zany" in "Zoo-mergency!"), Sid definitely has many traits associated with people on the autism spectrum. Some people also think it's ADHD instead. However, it's also equally possible that she's simply an overly energetic optimist.
* FriendlyFandoms:
** There's a good amount of overlap with WesternAnimation/MayaAndMiguel due to both family-friendly animated shows focusing on Latino city families, even featuring a pet parrot with the same voice actor.
** To a lesser extent, the same can be said for skateboard-based media fans such as those who played the Tony Hawk's and Skate games, as there's an episode of the show focusing on Ronnie Anne skating. Funnily enough, Tony Hawk would eventually be a guest star in "Skaters Gonna Hate."
* IKnewIt: After "The Loudest Mission: Relative Chaos" aired, fans correctly guessed that a spinoff starring the Casagrandes was inbound.
* ItsTheSameNowItSucks: A few people criticized the Casagrandes as "basically The Loud House, but with a Mexican-American family", mainly due to both shows' premises being rather identical due to involving a child protagonist (Lincoln from the main show, Ronnie Anne from the spin-off) navigating through a large family.
* TheScrappy: Many viewers of the show really, REALLY hate Sergio for being an unrepentant Jerkass who causes conflict in nearly every episode, especially towards Bobby. Not to mention he gets shoehorned in so often that Carlitos and Lalo feel underutilized compared to him.
* SpiritualAdaptation: For some Nickelodeon fans, The Casagrandes is a better and proper yet comedic take on WesternAnimation/DoraAndFriendsIntoTheCity (with a distinctively sitcom vibe) than the actual one.
* Squick:
** In "Slink or Swim," when Carl and Bobby were swimming, there was a brown substance floating at the pool. Bobby believed it was chocolate, and in fact wanted to eat it, but then we see Lalo swimming, farting in the pool, implying that it was his poop in the pool. Talk about disgusting.
** In "What's Love Gato Do with It?", when the family makes a room for Bobby's cat persona, a litter box can be seen. Thankfully, he never has to use it.
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodCharacter:
** Nikki is the only one of Ronnie Anne's friend group who doesn't get her own ADayInTheLimelight Day in the Limelight episode, meaning she ends up comparatively underdeveloped as a result.
** Becca Chang could also count. Compared to the other Chang family members, not only does she lack any episodes centered on her, she hardly gets any focus overall. This, along her never appearing that much despite being a major character, makes her the most underutilized member of the cast.
* ViewerNameConfusion: Sometimes, Sid's name is spelled as Syd by fans.
* WatchedItForTheRepresentation: The series being focused on a Hispanic family that was first fully established in its parent show, but was hardly used as a whole aside from specific members, made the Franchise/TheLoudHouse franchise in general gain a following from the Hispanic community. CJ's status as a person with Down Syndrome also dragged in some members of the disabled community.
