* SugarWiki/AwesomeArt: The animation in the show is very fluid and expressive. This is especially notable in the Pink Panther shorts. Since they rarely have dialogue, the stories are mostly carried by the characters' facial expressions and body language. Big Nose's vocalizations help get across his emotions too, but you could watch almost any Pink Panther short in the series without sound and still understand not only what's happening, but also what the characters are thinking and feeling at any given moment.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: Just about everything from the episode "Notably Pink".
* CatharsisFactor: After spending the entirety of "Pink Kahuna" being a fun-loathing asshole and forbidding anyone from having ''any'' sort of leisure on the beach, Big Nose is finally stripped of his beach patrol privileges, arrested and driven to jail, and it is ''satisfying'' to watch after all of the awful things that he did prior.
* DesignatedHero: The Panther in some of shorts, when Big Nose doesn't instigate the conflict.
** In "Pink Up The Volume" where he disturbs Big Nose's peace and quiet with his loud playing of instruments and is told multiple times to keep it down, but he keeps doing the exact opposite and even drives Big Nose to insanity when he tried to call the police on him ''[[PoliceAreUseless and the police eventually join in with the Panther playing with the instruments instead of arresting him.]]''
* DesignatedVillain: Big Nose sometimes doesn't instigate the conflicts between him and the Panther.
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments:
** The Pink Panther giving Big Nose one of his medals in "Gold, Silver, Bronze, Pink".
** Pink Panther winning arcade games to give the kids his tickets in "Pinxillated." Even his angry AsideGlance when he sees Big Nose cheating a boy out of a prize is heartwarming. It shows how much Pink Panther cares about other people and wants to help them.
** In "Chilled to the Pink," Big Nose dresses up as SantaClaus in one of his attempts to steal Pink Panther's heater. Pink Panther thinks it's the real Santa and gives the camera this adorable look of pure joy. He then greets "Santa" with a big smile and some milk and cookies. Big Nose, who has already taken the heater and is lugging it out of the house in a sack, feels guilty when he sees how much Pink Panther genuinely believes he's Santa Claus. After much reluctance, Big Nose gives the heater back as a present (though he does return to steal it again later.)
* {{Moe}}: Pink Panther has a lot of cute qualities in this series. His [[AdaptationalAttractiveness softer, more organic design]] makes him look very huggable. His facial expressions are adorable, especially his smile and his confused face. He's also ''usually'' a NiceGuy who gets along with just about everyone and enjoys helping people with their problems.
* StrawmanHasAPoint: Big Nose is occasionally portrayed more sympathetically in some of the ''Pink Panther'' segments.
** In the first episode, "Pink Up the Volume", Big Nose just wanted to have a quiet day with his hobbies, so it wouldn't be wrong to side with him when he objects to Pink playing music.
** The same would also apply to "Pink Pool Fool", where it is his pool that the Panther wants to skateboard in.
** You can hardly blame him for trying to chop down the Panther's tree house in "The Mighty Pinkwood Tree" since it is literally blocking a highway and he is planning to fill the gap in the road to allow the vehicles to pass through. In fact, he even cries after his final attempt to get rid of the tree fails and all of his hard work is ruined, and it gets to the point where even the Pink Panther, a beaver and a termite couple feel sorry for him and decide to bore a hole through the tree to allow the gap in the highway to be completed.
