2	* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: This story and ''The Time War Chronicles'' are based on the assumption that the Doctor ''did'' destroy Gallifrey originally and actually changed history by freezing it. This is not really contradicted by "[[Recap/DoctorWho50thASTheDayOfTheDoctor The Day of the Doctor]]", but it's generally assumed that he only ''thought'' the planet was destroyed.
3	* FridgeBrilliance: It actually makes a lot of sense that the Third Doctor was the last one to remember the Morbius Doctors. He was, chronologically, the last old Doctor until the War Doctor, who (presumably) aged naturally over the course of several centuries. Doctors 4-8 took on younger forms because they genuinely thought that they were younger than they were.
4	** The Evil Doctor also mentions that each regeneration remembers less and less about their life as the Morbius Doctors. This might actually explain why the First Doctor always took charge during previous multi-Doctor stories, even though he should be the least experienced one. If this was true, he would actually have more life experience than most of his successors.
5	* GrowingTheBeard: The story had good action and editing right from the start, but it was rather formulaic and the Doctors didn't actually do much by themselves. It's in Episodes 3 and ''especially'' 4 where the story really gets interesting and the Doctors get to have a large inpact on the story.
6	* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: K-9 and the Fourth Doctor celebrating their victory. There is just something really great about hearing that little robot dog say the words "Gallifrey stands" - in a voice that sounds just like Creator/JohnLeeson, no less.
7	* HilariousInHindsight: Episode 4 was released the same month as ''VideoGame/LegoDimensions'', which also has the Twelfth Doctor teaming up with K-9.
8	* IronWoobie: If he wasn't already one, it's fair to say that the Doctor himself has become this by the end of the story.
9	* SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome: The Doctors saving Gallifrey. Babelcolour took an already great scene and managed to improve on it.
10	** Really, the whole story could be a Moment of Awesome for Babelcolour himself. He managed to make an awesome action-packed ''Who'' story using nothing but StockFootage, some voiceovers, and his own editing skills. Not to mention that it arguably gives better explanations for several inconsistencies and mysteries than the actual show has done. The fact that he retroactively managed to tie it together with "[[Recap/DoctorWho50thASTheDayOfTheDoctor The Day of The Doctor]]" without it feeling forced was the icing on the cake (and a bit of a MindScrew for fans who had followed the series).
11	** The music that plays during the part when the Doctors save Gallifrey is the same music from the Time War videos, which adds to the scene and makes it feel even more awesome.
12	* SpecialEffectsFailure: The actual composition work is well done, but the limited amount of StockFootage leads to some continuity issues. Ten's suit changes, Five's hair grows and shrinks again, and Two's hair occasionally goes gray before having dark hair in the very next shot.
13	** That said, this might actually be FridgeBrilliance, given that the Doctor's timeline is being directly affected by the villain.
14	* TearJerker: The absorption of the Morbius Doctors. Half of the Doctor's life, completely erased from time and space. And it's implied that they're gone forever and can never come back. No wonder the First Doctor was crying in that barn on Gallifrey.
15	* UnexpectedCharacter: None of the trailers revealed that K-9 would show up.
