It follows the adventures of Radon, a successful business cat in a big city, after the city is destroyed in a huge war. Abandoned by his family for his perceived selfishness and neglect, Radon strikes a bargain with a [[SpiritAdvisor spirit]] called Radium, who wants to experience reality for himself - Radium can take over Radon's body, but only if he uses it to try to reunite Radon with his family.
