''To Defeat Them All'', or ''I Can't Defeat Anyone'', or any of the several other titles it has gone by, is a ''VideoGame/{{Mega Man|Classic}}'' SpriteComic by Djoing and The_mad_one.

It's a bit of a mix between a LetsPlay and a WebcomicOfTheGame, showing Djoing's and The_mad_one's playthroughs of the six Mega Man NES games.

However, there is some narrative divergence and artistic liberties taken, particularly towards the end of VideoGame/MegaMan3 and VideoGame/MegaMan4.

The comic can be read [[http://candefeatanyone.smackjeeves.com/comics/985925/introduction/ here]] at Smackjeeves.
----
* AdaptationalBadass: Toad Man is portrayed as such. [[spoiler:However, it doesn't affect his actual combat proficiency, unless you count the alternate Toad Man near the end of the Cossack Citadel]].
* {{Anticlimax}}: The fight against Elec Man lasted a single panel, and that panel was Elec Man's death.
** The fight against Ice Man, which lasted a single strip. Especially after all the trouble it took to get to him.
* AprilFoolsDay: The perfect time for fake endings.
* ArtisticLicense: The use of sliding in dramatic moments during the first or second games.
* CatchPhrase: The words "hatred" and "haxxors" are uttered frequently.
* CurbStompBattle: The second encounter with Cut Man, where they crush him without taking any damage.
** Also the first battle against Cut Man, which doesn't even get a panel
* CostumeEvolution: Starting with the [[http://candefeatanyone.smackjeeves.com/comics/988629/wily-1-page-9/#skipbanners final run]] through Wily 1 in the first game, Mega Man changes to look like the current player.
* DynamicEntry: [[spoiler:Mojo]] ''lives'' to enter boss rooms by breaking through the door. To the point where if he runs out of doors, he'll take one from another stage and put it in ''just'' to break through it.
* EasterEgg: Starting with Snake Man's stage, whenever the word "again" appears, Bomb Man will be hidden somewhere within the panel.
* EnsembleDarkhorse: The hilariously insane Bomb Man. He's almost the unofficial mascot.
--> "AGAIN!"
* ExcusePlot: What the first game's backstory is presented as.
* FakeOutFadeOut: When Djoing gets 3 game overs to the Yellow Devil in the Mega Man 1 playthrough, it appears as though he's done with the game and will skip to Mega Man 2... until The_mad_one steps in.
* FusionDance:
** Their secret weapon, fusing into [[spoiler:Mojo, who can fire constantly and still dodge well]].
** As revealed in the Mega Man 3 endgame, [[spoiler:Proto Man]] is ''also'' a fusion - specifically, he's [[spoiler:the alternate-dimension equivalent of Mojo]].
* LemonyNarrator: As pointed out by the author comment for the first part of Mega Man 3' endgame...
--> When you all thought you had this plot figured out,
--> don't forget you got your information from [[TheDitz DAVE]].
* NoSell: Mega Man's barrage of buster shots has zero effect on [[spoiler:a minor enemy from Cut Man's stage]].
* PunnyName: The titles of most deaths. For example, his first death against Cut Man was [[http://candefeatanyone.smackjeeves.com/comics/986036/cutman-page-6/#skipbanners "cut down to size"]].
* RevengeBeforeReason: Dr. Wily's [[spoiler:suicidal takedown of Eval Dr. Light]].
* RightBehindMe: [[spoiler:Eval Dr. Light]] announcing his plans loudly is what allowed Roll to foil them.
* SelfImposedChallenge: They refused to use the pause glitch against the Yellow Devil (or didn't know about it).
** For a long time, they also refused to use [[EmergencyEnergyTank E-Tanks]]. It wasn't until partway through the fourth game that they started using them, as effectively a pickup that fully restores health.
** Not using the Robot Master weapons in the main stages was one, but it was a FrequentlyBrokenUnbreakableVow. By the second or third game it has been forgotten entirely.
* SiblingTeam: Djoing and The_mad_one.
* TemptingFate: "I can take him! I'm at full health!" and "He won't hit me even once!" are both commonly uttered before a death.
* ThatOneBoss: Dear god, the Yellow Devil. It almost made them outright quit the first game.
* UnexpectedGenreChange:
** [[http://candefeatanyone.smackjeeves.com/comics/988257/wily-1-page-4/#skipbanners Strip 46]] was portrayed as a instructional video guide for Wily's mooks.
