'''British Home Entertainment''' was an AnalogHorror series created by "[[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7Rf9JwAuY_eiMhGhOTBMBA/featured Igiroitsu]]" that parodies WebVideo/GeminiHomeEntertainment and other popular analog horror series. Much like in Gemini, the videos are presented in the form of short guides and documentaries but instead feature the United Kingdom as the main setting. The series riffs on British stereotypes, culture and history while still keeping the elements of horror.

The videos in this series include:
* ''"Squall Survival Guidancee"'', which parodies Gemini's "Storm Safety Tips" and is quite shorter.
* ''"Artificial Intelligence Schooling"'', which parodies "Artificial Computer Learning".
* ''"London's Prominent Landmarks"'' which seems to parallel Gemini's "Our Solar System"
* ''"Irish Potato Disease"'' it's version of Gemini's "Deep Root Disease".
* ''"Campsite Information Tape"'' is a parody of Gemini's "Camp Information Video".
* ''"The United Kingdom's Otherworldly Creatures"'' is a parody of Gemini's "World's Weirdest Animals".
* ''"Mandenshire Catalogue Vol. 1"'' a parody of WebVideo/TheMandelaCatalogue Vol. 1
* ''"WINSTONOBSERVER"'' a parody of "LIBERTYLURKER" and "LINCOLNLOOKER" from WebVideo/TheMonumentMythos.
* ''"Games For Brits"'' goes back to Gemini with a parody of "Games for Kids".
* ''"ITV 58 Forecast Service"'' is a parody of WebVideo/Local58's "Weather Service".
* ''"Slumber Facsimile Percipient"'' a parody of "Sleep Image Visualizer"

On November 2nd, 2023, Igiroitsu uploaded a video titled "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asiA6-pjc9g End]]," in which they confirmed that "British Home Entertainment" has come to an end due to losing interest in riffing on UK politics and the lowering prevalence of AnalogHorror as a genre. The channel has begun the process of re-branding into an effects-testing ground, though videos under the "BHE" banner will remain up as an archive.

!!THE TROPES ARE WITH US, TRANSMITTING ITS MESSAGE OF NEW ORDER.
* AlliterativeName: The titular campsite in "CAMPSITE INFORMATION TAPE" and the British counterpart of Moonlight Acres is named '''E'''ffulgence '''E'''ncampment.
* AdaptationalNameChange: Parodied. Companies like Regnad Computing and Harbinge Technologies have been changed to the more British English sounding Drazah Computing and Herald Laboratories to fit with the setting.
* AffectionateParody: Of ''Gemini Home Entertainment''. Instead of being a CosmicHorrorStory where something very wrong has happened to the world, the "supernatural" occurrences are confined only to Britain. Later episodes parody ''WebVideo/TheMandelaCatalogue'', ''WebVideo/Local58'', and ''WebVideo/TheMonumentMythos'' as well.
* AFoggyDayInLondonTown: ''Forecast Service'' takes a jab at typical British Weather by making [[spoiler:the Sun]] the EldritchAbomination. The "Unusual Meteorological Event" the video talks about is that [[spoiler:the sky is actually clear enough for the sun to be visible for a change.]]
* AmbiguousSituation: [[spoiler:We don't really get told anything else about the Royal Family other than they have been "corrupted" by the London Eye. Have they been [[KillAndReplace killed and replaced]]? Have they been brainwashed into serving the London Eye? We don't really get an answer.]]
* AnalogHorror: A parody of the genre that is set in (and makes fun of) the UK.
* AuthorityInNameOnly: Averted. [[spoiler:The British Royal Family, after being "corrupted" by the London Eye, have apparently regained control of Britain with the prime minister's nationwide position being described as "quite fragile". Who knew that all it took for the UK to return to being an absolute monarchy was for the House of Windsor to be influenced by [[GeniusLoci a sentient London landmark?]]]]
* BigBad: [[spoiler:The '''London Eye''' is the SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute for the Iris, being the entity behind the various strange happenings in the UK.]]
* BritishTeeth: [[spoiler:''British Broadcasting'' features a hacking that involves presenting an "American Lesson" and includes instructions on how to brush your teeth.]]
-->[[spoiler:If you experience any form of pain, for god's sake, go to a dentist, and not a regular old doctor.]]
* DeliberateVHSQuality: Obviously.
* FloweryElizabethanEnglish: What the AI from Drazah Computing lapses into after the first iteration.
* HellIsThatNoise: The appearance of [[NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast Drazah Computing]]'s logo is accompanied by loud church bells.
* LowerClassLout: [[spoiler:Chavs]] pull double duty as stand-ins for both the Woodcrawlers in ''The United Kingdom's Otherworldly Creatures'' and the Alternates in ''Mandenshire Catalogue Vol. 1''.
* {{Oireland}}: A new pathogen strain has developed in Irish-imported potatoes, which causes Brits to slowly turn into [[spoiler:stereotypical Irishmen]].
* QuintessentialBritishGentleman: The "average Briton" that appears during ''Irish Potato Disease'' is one of these, complete with a fancy suit and tie.
* SdrawkcabName: Drazah Computing in ''ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SCHOOLING'', backwards for "Hazard" a synonym for "Danger", which is the basis for Regnad in WebVideo/GeminiHomeEntertainment.
* SesquipedalianLoquaciousness: The videos use some... idiosyncratic... turns of phrase in order to sound more [[SmartPeopleSpeakTheQueensEnglish "British"]].
-->''(Of Kensington Palace)'' This place used to be the residence of many of the sovereignty until the 1760.
** This is also how Victim 1 and 2 from ''Mandenshire Catalogue Vol. 1'' speak. To a ridiculous degree.
* SyntheticVoiceActor: In ''Mandenshire Catalogue Vol. 1'', Victims 1 and 2 are voiced using a Text-to-speech program, specifically Naratext, instead of actual human voice actors like in the original scene being parodied.
* TransformationHorror: Parodied in ''Irish Potato Disease''. [[spoiler:Symptoms of the Irish Potato Disease include an [[TheAlcoholic urge to drink alcohol]], [[ArchEnemy hatred of Brits]], [[FieryRedhead reddish hair]] and [[BloodKnight constantly itching for a fight]].]]
* ViolentGlaswegian: [[spoiler:The "Northeners" in ''Campsite Information Tape'' are these, descending upon Effulgence Encampment and racking up quite a few casualties]].
* VirtuousCharacterCopy: Whereas ''WebVideo/TheMonumentMythos'''s Libertylurker is a monster beneath the Statue of Liberty that eats people, the Winstonobserver is a docile LivingStatue that protects the people of the UK.
