Oprah Makes Cartoons, or OMC, is an AffectionateParody StylisticSuck web-series about ''Franchise/Ben10'', created by Website/YouTube user [=DrOprah62=] (generally known as Oprah). It follows Ben shortly after the events of ''WesternAnimation/Ben10Omniverse'', when he is 17. Originally, it tried to stick mostly to characters, events, and the tone established in the other shows, just done crappily. It quickly devolved into a nonsensical mess of out-there characters, both real and fictional. In the story, Ben and Rook have broken up, and Ben instead teams up with Barack Obama and Ferrick Wyatt, the latter of whom makes a new Omnitrix that turns Ben's shirt purple. Other main characters include Baumann, the grumpy storekeeper from ''OV'', Gaben, the creator of Creator/ValveCorporation and the universe, Vilgax, Ben's former archvillain and new friend, Giorgio, an ancient astronaut theorist, and JK Simmons, an Oscar-winning swaggy actor. Bad villains, terrible writing and stupid aliens abound. The show is in its fifth season, and after a rocky start is now on a steady bi-weekly release schedule.

A sequel, ''Oprah Makes Cartoons Forever After'', was announced in 2015 and aired in June of the same year. It continues the plot of ''OMC'' a month after the finale and is much more story arc-based than the original.

A spinoff comic series titled ''The Adventures of Obama'' was launched on July 5, 2013. It focuses mainly on Obama, though the other main characters have appeared.

Oprah is friends with the creators of ''Stick 10'', and both series frequently reference each other (and occasionally cross over).

!!Provides Shrexamples of:
* AbortedArc: When the series went on its season 2 hiatus, it was in the middle of an arc involving Dr. Phil. After it returned, the arc was concluded through a line in the season 2 finale that had nothing to do with the plot.
* ADayInTheLimelight: The 2014 Christmas special focused on Kai, Marriland, and Evil Shocksquatch, as the rest of the cast was busy with the 2013 special.
* AdaptationalEarlyAppearance: Young Ben has been shown to have access to several sequel aliens, including Pesky Dust, Swampfire, and most notably Eatle, who has never been locked in the Omnitrix but didn't appear until late ''Ultimate Alien''.
* AlternateUniverse:
** In "Ferrick 10", Ben visits one where a greedy and selfish Ferrick has the Omnitrix.
** Several alternate universes, including Stick 10, a few from ''Omniverse'', and new ones featuring "x 10", have cameos in the anniversary special.
%% ** Another special episode features many alternate universe Pacoes.
* AnArmAndALeg: Eatle shoots off Baumann's arm in "Baumann Takes Ogre". The next time he appears, he has a robotic arm.
* ArmCannon: A recurring villain named, appropriately enough, Arm Cannon has one.
* ArtEvolution: As the show has gone on, designs have gotten bigger and more detailed, and the lineart has gotten much cleaner.
* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever:
** 420420 grows to an enormous size by smoking an entire factory's worth of marijuana in season 3's "420420 and The Weed Factory".
** The Fairy Godmother makes Gilbert Gottfried grow large and attack Baumannville in "Something Gilbert This Way Comes".
* AuthorAppeal: Marriland is a ''Franchise/{{Pokemon}}'' [=YouTuber=] that Oprah likes. That's why he's in here.
* AuthorCatchphrase:
** "[x], you drive me to drink"
** "Yes sir sorry sir"
** "[Wrong alien]? [Wrong alien]? You know what, Omnitrix?"
** "And that's the end of that chapter!"
** The Navy Seal Copypasta
* BatmanCanBreatheInSpace: In "The New Secret of Chromastone", Obama is flown unprotected to a spaceship in orbit around the Earth.
* BerserkButton: "Elvis is Alive" reveals that Ben is fine with villains attacking his friends and family, but JK Simmons is off limits.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: In "Iggy Stardust", Ben's antics finally cause Obama to snap. Obama then gives Ben a very long TheReasonYouSuckSpeech, makes him sleep outside and get eaten by scorpions, and ''throws him out of an airborne helicopter''.
%% * BigOlUnibrow: Albaydo is Type I
* BoringButPractical: Flying Ferret is strictly a utility alien, used only as a flying bus to transport the team. He has no combat use whatsoever.
%% * ButtMonkey: Paco and Ferrick are both picked on pretty frequently
* CallASmeerpARabbit: Shellhead, referred to in the original series as a turtle, more closely resembles some kind of planet than any earthly animal.
%% * ChristmasEpisode: "How Eatle Saved Christmas", although it stops having much to do with Christmas after the first minute or so. The follow-up, "A Gift for Gaben", is considerably more Christmas-themed.
* CombatTentacles: Squidstrictor's only displayed power is attacking with his tentacles, although it's stated that he can also shoot ink.
* CollectorOfTheStrange: Giorgio collects alien artifacts.
* CosmicRetcon: The second anniversary special featured Ben going back in time to undo the first 25 episodes. This was implied to have drastic consequences, beginning with Lord Transyl capturing the now-alive Dr. Phil.
* CouchGag: Starting with episode 28, the intro leaves room for a drawing of a character relevant to the episode that changes each episode.
* CrossdressingVoices: Wildmutt has a female voice. Additionally, Solo, a male voice actor, is the go-to choice for female characters when text-to-speech just won't do.
* {{Crossover}}:
** With ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'' during the drek era.
** Casual crossovers happen all the time in both eras, including with ''Series/TheAquabatsSuperShow'', ''Franchise/{{Shrek}}'', ''ComicStrip/{{Garfield}}'', and sister series ''Stick 10''.
** "Ben and Kev: 720 Blaze It" is a more traditional crossover with another Ben 10 fanfic, Kev 72.
%% * DeityOfHumanOrigin: Gaben.
* DisabilitySuperpower: Scary Tree is blind, but makes up for it with enhanced hearing and the ability to borrow others' eyesight.
* DreamWalker: Shrek enters Ben's dream in the season 3 premiere "I Dream of Eatle" to protect him from Farquaad.
* ElvisLives: Ben, Ferrick, and JK Simmons discover that Elvis is living in the sewers of Undertown in "Elvis is Alive".
* EvilCounterpart: Many of Ben's aliens have these, including Shocksquatch (most notably), Atomix, Water Hazard, Wildmutt, Terraspin, Chromastone, Humungousaur, Heatblast, and Arctiguana. Most have no personality beyond being generically evil and all are named "Evil [name of alien]."
%% * EvilTwin: Albaydo has appeared in the same role he had in the originals.
* ExcitedTitleTwoPartEpisodeName: Season 4's "A Drek's Revenge! Something Frozen This Way Comes?!"
* FailureMontage: "The New Secret of Chromastone" has one featuring Ben using several aliens to attack Sugilite, only to be teleported away
%% * FantasticallyIndifferent: Ferrick and Baumann do this sometimes.
* FastballSpecial: Brainstorm tosses a rather annoyed Ferrick in [="EAzmuth".=]
* {{Flashback}}: Done frequently, usually as a way of inserting new characters into Ben's past.
* GladIThoughtOfIt: Baumann's reaction to Ben's suggestion that he burn Kraab's house down in "An AMERICAN Ghostfreak in AMERICA".
* GlassEye: Farquaad has one, which the S3 finale reveals was gotten sometime between ''Alien Force'' and ''Omniverse''.
%% * HarmlessVillain: Evil Shocksquatch, Ben's most reliably defeatable rival.
%% * IdiotHero: Ben.
* {{Irony}}: The Thanksgiving Special, which was about Ben fighting communism, was blocked in America on copyright grounds.
%% * KamehameHadoken:
%% ** Atomix's main attack. He knows several variants, each with their own chant.
%% ** When Chris Chan appeared in TAOO, he used his signature Curse-ye-ha-me-ha.
* LethalJokeCharacter: See Weed. He's a big eyeball on a stalk whose only power is being clumsy...yet he still manages to defeat Prince Charming by destroying a store around him.
%% * LizardFolk: Ssserptard, [=ChamAlien=], the Manzardills, and future alien Vamptile. The latter is described as a "lizardman"
* MediumBlending: Some characters have live-action heads, and some backgrounds are photographs. This usually happens when Oprah is too lazy to draw a proper design/background.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: The many villains named "Evil [one of Ben's aliens]."
* NonhumansLackAttributes: Played straight with some aliens, but others have had graphic depictions of their genitalia.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Ben stops Sugilite from destroying the Earth by committing genocide against the species he used as crew members.
%% * OlympusMons: Eatle is the most swaggy and powerful alien in existence.
* OneWordVocabulary: Evil Shocksquatch only ever says "eh".
* PaedoHunt: Baumann has a 14 year old girlfriend, information Ben uses to get him arrested in "Shadow Dancing."
%% * SarcasmBlind: Vilgax
* SayingSoundEffectsOutLoud:
** Sometimes, when Oprah can't find a suitable sound effect, a text-to-speech voice saying the intended effect will be used instead.
** "The Vilgax/Eon Power Hour" uses a picture of a Skype message saying "Ding dong" for Eon's doorbell.
* ScreenShake: Done very poorly in "The Greht Propayne Escapehde" to show Alien X being carried by Ferrick.
* SkeletonsInTheCoatCloset: Khyber wears a large Sonic the Hedgehog skull on his shoulder.
* StockScream: The Wilhelm Scream can be heard in "[=EAzmuth=]".
%% * SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: Good Maltruant to Paradox, who WordOfGod has stated won't be appearing very frequently
%% * TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Obama gives Ben one in "Iggy Stardust."
* TheTeamNormal: Ben has the Omnitrix, Gaben is a god, Baumann has a superhero alter ego, and Ferrick has demonstrated a mysterious energy blast...and then there's Obama. In season 4, even Kai and Marriland have powers. But still nothing for Obama.
* TookALevelInJerkass: In "Bullfrag vs. Bullfrank", Ben commits terrorist acts in order to get back at an old rival for...impressing some girls Ben was interested in a year ago. This culminates in Ben destroying the Earth, [[StatusQuoIsGod which is entirely ignored in the next episode]].
%% * TheAntiChrist: Farquaad
%% * TheXenophile: Giorgio
%% * VisibleInvisibility: [=ChamAlien=], starting with episode 27.
%% * WhatTheHellHero: Baumann calls Ben out for killing all of the Incurseans in order to stop their invasion in "Astrodactyl's Big Adventure."
