Going back to the beginning with glimmering new art, the story expands on the events of the first comic, adds new dialogue, new characters, and even a new metalloid according to the creator's character design sheet on their patreon. Those same two metalloids proceed to attack her, convert her, and then delete her sense of self when she tries to force them to violate a crucial directive.
16	* ThePowerOfLove: Ryan and Monica's love for each other ended up hardwired as a directive between both Mercury and Iron. This caused both to act as though they are one unit. If separated, this directive is violated, and it prompts them to rebel against and attack Angela.

20	* AFatherToHisMen: Miller is established to be protective of the mercenaries he's leading. He tells Amelia that if she intends to do anything to his surviving team, she do it to him instead.
21	* FauxAffablyEvil: Dr. Amelia Felsen-Bern takes on a deliberately cordial, even playful tone when taunting and mocking Miller and his team. She keeps this tone even as she orders the BrainwashedAndCrazy Miller/Prima Mercury to kill Wade.
22	* RageBreakingPoint: June is quite livid with Amelia for what she did to Miller. The last straw was when Miller/Prima Mercury was forced to murder Wade. She got free of the drone restraining her thanks to Wade's virus and proceeds to attack Amelia, declaring she will "tear that smug face to pieces".
23	* AssimilationPlot: Partly. While Amelia’s goal of creating a new race of improved, immortal gynoids likely will involve many more being converted into Bio-Metal robots, it is implied there will still be a humanity remaining. She plans for this Bio-Metal race to specifically rule over humanity so that her legacy is sealed forever.
