1	onlysmallbites is a Website/YouTube animator and music reviewer. His channel, opened in April 2018, was originally hosting music reviews, discussions and (at the very beginning) instrumental remakes of hip-hop songs, mostly Kanye West songs.

3	However, his popularity blew up when he posted ''Basically Kendrick Lamar’s « DAMN. » in 30 seconds'' in May 2021. The extremely positive response led to the one-shot becoming a full-blown series. Each episode takes one famous album, extract and edit lyrics from songs in this album to create dialogue and tells a story that has nothing to do with the content of the album and who is more focused on showing various singers and musicians involved in many sorts of wacky shenanigans. The series ended up with a Grand Finale of 20 minutes posted in December 31th, 2021 (tho, Smallbites also announced recently more content based on the universe to come in the near future).

8	!!door slam full of tropes!!
9	* AmbiguouslyHuman : [[spoiler:Playboi Carti]]. Sure, he looks human but his unexplained variety of powers (such as teleportation or time-travelling) makes him pretty suspicious.
10	* ArcWelding : In the finale, not only we learn that [[spoiler:Playboi Carti]] (who was doing mostly cameos up until this point) has been driven to villainy because of [[spoiler:having a door slammed in its face by Tyler, the Creator in the ''Igor'' episode]] (a Freeze-Frame Bonus who was pretty easy to miss) but we also learn that [[spoiler:he was also the one who shot Kendrick Lamar in the very first episode by time-travelling]].
11	* BarBrawl : Downplayed. In the ''Yeezus'' episode, Kanye West and a waiter in the French-Ass Restaurant have a fight (because the former smacked the latter for being too slow with his order and got smacked back) but no one else is involved.
12	* BigBad : [[spoiler:Playboi Carti]] serves as one for the second part of the finale.
13	* TheCameo : Fellow music reviewer Ruff Criminal appears for a brief time in the finale and is the only one (with Onlysmallbites himself) to actually speak.
14	* CarMeetsHouse : Happens very, very often throughout the series.
15	* DisappointedByTheMotive : Onlysmallbites feels this way when learning [[spoiler:Carti’]] motives for being a villain.
16	* TheDogWasTheMastermind : Even if he was being set up as a menacing figure in the end of the ''Certified Lover Boy'' episode, [[spoiler:Playboi Carti]] was mostly doing silent cameos before becoming the Big Bad. [[spoiler:The fact he came back in time to shot Kendrick in the first episode was way more unexpected, though.]]
17	* InNameOnly : It’s pretty easy to see that the musicians depicted here are far away from what they are in real life. Most of the time in the series, they are more busy doing completely random things for the sake of comedy.
18	* MadeOfIron : Tyler, the Creator. Considering that he was victim of more car accidents than all the other characters (one time in the ''Flower Boy'' episode, two times in the ''Igor'' episode) and still survived (even managing to say « That car crash couldn’t take me »), safe to say he’s this.
19	* RunningGag : There’s several during the series : car accidents, doors being slammed at the start of nearly every episode, the musicians trying to escape the police (and failing miserably)…
20	* StableTimeLoop : What Onlysmallbites seems to create [[spoiler:at the very end of the finale. After the fight between Kendrick and Carti is won by the former, Smallbites enters a purple vortex and activate the « Regularly Uploaded Videos » button. And then, time proceeds to turn back until the first seconds of the ''DAMN.'' episode begin to play again.]]
