''Shütshimi: Seriously Swole'' is a ShootEmUp, released in 2015, and available on Platform/{{Steam}}, Platform/Playstation4, Platform/PlaystationVita, and Platform/WiiU.

It was developed by Neon Deity Games and published by Choice Provisions (aka Gaijin Games of ''VideoGame/BitTrip'' fame). In the game, you play as a fish with short-term memory relating a story of him protecting the ocean. Gameplay is divided into two 10-second segments: shooting and shopping. In the former, you gun down waves of enemies, while in the latter, you have 10 seconds to pick the best (or least worse) item out of the three being offered. Every fifth wave, you fight a boss, of which there are six, and defeating all of them is the main goal.

!!This game contains examples of the following tropes:
* BearsAreBadNews: One of the enemies is a bear with a snorkel.
* BossRush: One of the modes, which pits you against all six bosses in a row.
* {{Catapult}}: One of the hats is a cat that you can throw with the use button.
* ChargedAttack: Picking "the world's energy" gives you this. For the machine gun, mucus launcher, and laser, you get a series of rapid-fire shots, while the cannon and shotgun get a big shot.
* CuteKitten: The {{Catapult}} hat and the fat cat hat, in addition to the Kitty Subs, submarines piloted by cats.
* DevelopersForesight: Several things will change the background text when combined with Party Vision, which is otherwise impossible without getting lucky enough to get the Foam Dome hat that gives perpetual Party Vision.
** "Totally butts" changes the text to [[ShakingTheRump "SHAKE YO BUNS!"]]
** Combining it with "a safe place to play" changes the text to "BIRTHDAY PARTY!"
** "An extra arm, or two" will make it say "BEER MUSCLES!"
* EndlessGame: Upon defeating the final boss, you begin the "Victory Lap" levels, which is a fancy way of saying that the game is going to go on (but with no bosses).
* EveryTenThousandPoints: An extra life is given to you for every 2500 points.
* LuckBasedMission: Most of the achievements require large amounts of luck to get, due to the randomized items, and the also-randomized hats.
* MadLibsCatchPhrase: A key part of Shop Time. Every item has a text string associated with it ("the world's energy" = ChargedAttack, "this brand new hat" = a hat, "increased bullet hardness" = more damage, etc.) which is inserted into a series of randomly picked sentences ([[http://invertedaccess.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/sjyp1cn.jpg "If your mobile phone contract is ending soon, I suggest you upgrade your plan and get a lousy cameraperson! It was all over the Twitterverse a few hours back!"]]). Learning what text string is associated with what item is key to getting the most out of Shop Time.
* ManekiNeko: One of the item forms, as seen in [[http://invertedaccess.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/sjyp1cn.jpg this picture]].
* OneHitPointWonder: Your fish, unless you get growth hormones (turns you into a giant, and getting hit shrinks you down to normal size like in ''Franchise/SuperMarioBros'') or "a brand new home" (a fishbowl that protects you from 3 hits) from the shop.
* PacifistRun: One achievement is given for surviving 10 waves without getting a kill.
* PaletteSwap: The five playable fish. They come in orange, blue, red, green, and purple, and the stats are all jokes (favorite color, clay figures, fashion sense, etc) that provide no benefit.
* PoisonMushroom: Some of the hats and items are this.
** The "That hat's a fat cat!" hat gives you a fat cat on your head, which makes you move downward when you're not moving.
** [[invoked]] "A lousy cameraperson" forces you to deal with CameraScrew.
** "Cookies for breakfast" reduces your speed.
** "An awkward silence" makes the round last a few seconds after the music ends, which can throw you off if you're expecting to leave as soon as your ten seconds are up.
* PungeonMaster: Several achievement descriptions and hat descriptions are pun-laden, like being told you should play "Bassketball", that trying on three hats in one game is a "hat trick", or that after defeating the final boss, there's "[n]o bigger fish to fry!"
* ShoutOut:
** A lot of the hats are these, including;
*** [[Franchise/DragonBall Golden hair and green eyes]]. Its flavor text says you've gone "Super Salmon".
*** Dave with a WOAH block, both from ''VideoGame/WoahDave'', also by Choice Provisions.
*** [[VideoGame/{{Fez}} A fez that, when used, causes rifts that can destroy your enemies to appear.]]
*** The "slug-like cat" hat is a reference to ''VideoGame/RainWorld''.
*** One of the hats is [[Franchise/StreetFighter a blonde mohawk that comes with an American flag armband]]. Its effect is to play [[Memes/StreetFighter a song that goes with everything]].
*** One hat reskins your entire fish to look like [[VideoGame/BitTrip CommanderVideo]], complete with a rainbow trail and a paddle shield as its ability.
** One of the messages in Shop Time ends with "[[VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaI It's a secret to everybody.]]"
** The Shop Time text for the "Thunderstorm" item is "[[VideoGame/CastlevaniaIISimonsQuest a horrible night to have a curse]]".
** One Shop Time message ends with "[[VideoGame/CastlevaniaSymphonyOfTheNight But enough talk - have at you!]]"
** One of the item forms resembles a UsefulNotes/GameBoy.
* SmartBomb: One of the hats is a mask with the flavor text "That stylish mask looks ready to explode!" Pressing your use button will cause the mask to explode and obliterate everything on the screen (except for you, of course).
* SunglassesAtNight: One achievement is given for wearing sunglasses during a thunderstorm, with the shades being a hat you need to be given and the thunderstorm being a possible item.
* ToiletHumour: Getting "totally butts" from the shop causes your next wave to consist of fighting butts that ride surfboards and wear sunglasses, while butts bounce around in the background.
* {{Tsundere}}: Parodied with an achievement that you get for kissing a shark.
-->''I'm just after the trophy - it's not like I like you or anything!''
