2	''Submarine Attack'' is a [[HorizontalScrollingShooter side-scrolling]] shoot-em-up game for the UsefulNotes/SegaMasterSystem II, released in 1993. It features an [[UsefulNotes/SuperiorFirePowerMissileSubmarines advanced submarine]] that you, TheCaptain, must use to destroy the enemy. Although you start with rather amazingly poor shooting skills, you can improve your submarine with [[PowerUp upgrades]] obtained from destroyed enemies. Sometimes you can obtain [[HealThyself health]] and additional lives by the same means. First, your enemies are human, but soon they'll change into many [[FlyingSeafoodSpecial monstrous]] [[SeaMonster creatures]] of [[HybridMonster mythology]] [[StarfishAliens and]] [[AlienInvasion other]] [[HordeOfAlienLocusts worlds]], before you [[FinalBoss meet the]] [[UsefulNotes/SuperiorFirepowerOther final]] [[EldritchAbomination boss]].
