* ActingForTwo: In the Latin Spanish dub, all three Wonder Pets are voiced by Creator/MiriamAguilar.
* CrossDressingVoices: The male Tuck is voiced by Teala Dunn.
* HeAlsoDid:
** Music/RobertLopez (and his brother, Billy Lopez) wrote ''Wonder Pets'' music back when his biggest claim to fame was the Broadway musical ''Theatre/AvenueQ'', an adult-targeted spoof of children's television (specifically, ''Series/SesameStreet'').
** Show creator Josh Selig also created ''Series/{{Oobi}}'', was a writer for ''Series/SesameStreet'', and created the character Piper O'Possum for Nick Jr. interstitials from 2004 to 2007.
* LiveOnStage: Nick Jr.'s ''Storytime Live'' crossover stage show featured the Wonder Pets themselves, adapting "Adventures in Wonderland". It was also the only live stage appearance of them all together.
* TheMerch: It included everything from regular plush toys to dress-up and talking/musical toys.
* MissingEpisode: For some reason "Save the Honey Bears! / Save the Stinkbug!" never seemed to air in repeats, though it was eventually made available for purchase on Amazon, and then part of the Prime package of episodes.
* QuietlyCancelled: The show spent a while petering out of existence. The supposed final episode of the show was broadcast in 2011, and the show stayed on for quite a while after. Then, in 2013, we finally got note of a new half-hour special featuring the characters. Another new regular episode was released in 2015 and then two more in 2016.
* ScheduleSlip: "Save the Baby Birds!" aired on May 23, 2008, long after the rest of Season 1 had finished airing. Its sister episode had already aired in June of 2007.
** The same incident happened later with "Kalamazoo!" which aired on July 26, 2010, long after Season 2 finished airing. Its sister episode had already aired in June of 2009.
* TheShelfOfMovieLanguishment: The show initially ran from 2006 to 2011, but it turned out that Creator/{{Nickelodeon}} withheld four episodes and then they dumped them randomly from 2013 to 2016. The series finale, "Save the Genie!", has a copyright date of 2010, meaning that Nick sat on it for ''six years''.
* StuntCasting: [[Music/{{Aerosmith}} Steven Tyler]] and Ziggy Marley play the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat, respectively in the Adventures in Wonderland episode.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen:
** The sequel episode to "The Adventures of Bee and Slug", "Bee and Slug Underground", ends with the titular insects boarding a rocket ship, and getting blasted off into space, suggesting another sequel episode ("Bee and Slug in Space!"), but since the show got cancelled, the episode never came to be.
** The episode where Ming-Ming goes to Kalamazoo was [[https://books.google.com/books?id=_fDYJaz2m7MC&pg=PA3#v=onepage&q&f=false intended]] as a [[PoorlyDisguisedPilot backdoor pilot]] for a spinoff about her. Selig pitched the show to Nick when ''Wonder Pets'' was about to end, but they rejected it.
* WorkingTitle: The series was [[https://web.archive.org/web/20160625174229/https://www.awn.com/animationworld/little-airplane-soars-wonder-pets going]] to be titled ''The Super Singing Power Pets''.
