1* DiedDuringProduction: Sunao Yoshida died at the age of 34, with the novel series incomplete and the manga adaptation not even begun yet. His best friend Kentaro Yasui took over on both. Nobody bothered to take over the anime, which ended with a 1st-season cliffhanger, though. The manga ended with 21 volumes in April 2018.
