3	** Occasionally, two characters Nico gave the same voice to will interact with one another. This will cause Nico to either differentiate the voices slightly to make them distinct from each other (e.g. Lotta Hart and Nicole Swift in ''Ace Attorney Investigations 2'') or keep the voices the same for comedic effect (e.g. Sigma and Junpei in ''Zero Escape'').

5	* ApprovalOfGod: Apparently, Creator/KotaroUchikoshi, creator of the ''VisualNovel/ZeroEscape'' series, follows Nico on Twitter. Also the developers of the ''Franchise/{{Danganronpa}}'' series, Creator/SpikeChunsoft, love using his Hope Bagels meme when talking about Nagito Komaeda on social media. Komaeda's English voice actor, Creator/BrycePapenbrook, takes it even further: after learning where the meme originated, he started bringing it up with ''Danganronpa'' fans and explaining the meme to those unfamiliar with it. But it also goes the other way around; Nico himself liked and retweeted the picture of the ''Danganronpa'' OC Nico Bessho (Ultimate Guesser) from the fanfic Final Horizon.
6	* AuthorsSavingThrow: Nico stated that his LP of ''VisualNovel/TheGreatAceAttorney'' was meant to appease fans who wanted Nico to turn off the voice acting for ''VisualNovel/SteinsGateZero''. Due to the former being a visual novel with very little voice-acting, this lead to more ab-libbing from Nico, as opposed to the latter having all lines voice-acted.

He says that ''Adventures''[='=] case was much better executed as a story about [[spoiler: defending a guilty man in court]], and states one of his reasons as to why is that the case in JFA derailed back into the series' {{sta\|tusQuoIsGod}}ndard "believe in your client" moral when everything was solved. However, the entire point of the case was to give more CharacterDevelopment to Phoenix, and that solely believing in your client simply isn't the right way to go, and that he should search for the truth if he wants to be a more effective lawyer.

14	** He also slowly started to dislike the ''VideoGame/CorpseParty'' series as a result of ''Corpse Party: Blood Drive'' going into too much dark subject matter for the sake of gratuitiousness, and slowly realized that the series as a whole was more gratuitous then he remembered. Though the "Moshirige" voice that debuted from it is still in use, he stated that he never wanted to play another ''Corpse Party'' game on the channel again because of how ''Blood Drive'' ruined the series for him.
15	** He felt that ''VideoGame/AITheSomniumFiles'' was one of Kotaro Uchikoshi's weaker games, and actually felt bad due to many of his audience thinking it's actually Kotaro Uchikoshi's best game due to his differing opinion of the game, particularly from the Iris route onwards. That being said, he did show some excitement for the sequel as it stars Mizuki, his favorite character from the game, and he actually has a much more positive experience when LPing said sequel.

Counter]] in ''VisualNovel/TheGreatAceAttorney: Adventures'' as he ended up realizing that the official translated ''Franchise/AceAttorney'' games has their characters saying "What Do You Mean?" a lot [[OlderThanTheyThink far before the Scarlet Study]] FanTranslation, and felt that that he placed a big unnecessary spotlight on the FanTranslation's usage of the characters asking that question.

25	* PlayingAgainstType: The Monokuma voice is a strange example, since it was a WesternAnimation/MickeyMouse impression to begin with. Eventually, King Mickey from the ''Franchise/KingdomHearts'' series is given this voice and needless to say, he's far more heroic than [[CuteAndPsycho Monokuma]] and his other incarnations, though some of Monokuma's snappiness bleeds through when he has to rescue Sora or Ventus.
26	* SequelGap: It took Nico almost four years for him to do his highly-anticipated Let's Play of ''VisualNovel/SteinsGateZero'', an unusually long time for the channel.[[note]]For reference, it usually doesn't take Nico more than a year to follow up on a Let's Play with its sequel assuming it's already been released.[[/note]] Several factors held him back from him [=LPing=] this game sooner such as [[ScrewedByTheLawyers a two-year Let's Play embargo]] being placed on the game, barring Nico from playing it on his channel for that period, and doubts on whether he should even play the game in general as he was concerned that he would find the premise of [[spoiler:Okabe having to cope with the fact that he accidentally killed Kurisu with his own hands]] to be [[TearJerker too depressing.]]
