* BadExportForYou: The Xbox LIVE Arcade version, as it lacks the Story Mode and Arrange Mode from the Platform/SegaDreamcast port. And to put salt on the wound, ''Trigger Heart Exelica -Enhanced-'' for the Platform/PlayStation2 was released ''after'' the XBLA version, which has most the Dreamcast's version feature plus a fully-voiced Story Mode [[spoiler:and the ability to play as the original Faintear]].
* LimitedSpecialCollectorsUltimateEdition: The Dreamcast version has a Limited Edition release that includes the game's soundtrack. The [=PlayStation=] 2 re-release also has a Limited Edition that comes bundled with a Nendoroid Exelica figurine. {{Pre|OrderBonus}}-orders of the [=PlayStation=] 2 version also comes with a car balloon accessory.
* NoExportForYou: The aforementioned ''Trigger Heart Exelica -Enhanced-'' re-release for [=PlayStation=] 2, which also includes a Limited Edition with a [[FunSize nendoroid]] Exelica figurine from Good Smile Company fetching around $150-200 at auction and importing stores. The official ''Trigger Heart Exelica RE:Anchor'' doujinshi series also stayed in Japan.
* TheMerch: The game has spawned a guide book with strategies, artwork, and ConceptArt of the game, and an Audio Drama CD by Frontier Works that was divided into two parts: one for the story and one non-canon section made for humor. There was a 1/8 scale PVC figurine of Exelica released in 2008 by Alter and another by Toy Works in the same year. A set of Exelica, Crueltear, and Faintear figurines was also released in 2010.
* WhatCouldHaveBeen: According to the game's guidebook, Crueltear was originally supposed to be a [[HumongousMecha mecha]], rather than a Triggerheart like Exelica. This concept was later revisited in the ''RE:Anchor'' doujinshi series.
