IMPORTANT NOTES TO SELF: \
\
120) When you make a post, have only 1 profile if it's ''really'' long (10 note bullets or more, including 2nd and 3rd tier). If you got other stuff to say, you can post only 1 profile (less than 10 bullets, including 2nd and 3rd tier).\
131) Don't create deities whose titles [[PlayingWithATrope play with tropes]]!\
142) Warn tropers beforehand before you modify titles to your style in their sandboxes. If you're not sure of the gender or how to word the trope, LEAVE IT BE, no matter how awkward the page would now look!\
153) Do not make templates before the troper wants it to, not even hidden ones.\
164) Reservations for candidates for tropes are '''''FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE'''''. Any hopes to claim another's is all up to the troper. And there are some, like Sandbox/{{r-lock256}}, who are territorial about it in regards to specific tropers such as myself.\
175) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=4717#options-button There's no need to repost a profile just before ascending them]].\
186) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=4760#comment-118983 Make sure you do the research if you wish to work on a deity]].\
197) Don't notify others of what you've posted last page. Nobody gives a damn. \
208) As long as you have enough [tup]s, [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=4780#comment-119494 you may take your time in ascending your profiles]].\
219) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=14416406510A01023500&page=257#comment-6421 Profile reworks that add characters or merge profiles can be posted in the main thread]].\
2210) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=5002#comment-125030 Stop doing long drawn out suggestions about something and later post two long ass profiles and constantly repeat it over and over again until someone listens. It's annoying, a waste of space and makes it less likely for someone to notice you. It can even make others think you are a bot instead of a regular person.]]\
2311) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=5023#comment-125556 Long posts makes it more likely for others to outright ignore you]]. So if you have a long profile to post, your post should not have a second profile.\
2412) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=5248#comment-131180 Make sure your profile is updated before you post a profile again]].\
2513) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=5257#comment-131405 The mods have marked you]] for your misconduct. Keep on the straight and narrow from now on or risk expulsion. \
2614) Two profiles with a maximum of ten flavour texts is advised for a single post with minimal other questions/comments. Any longer, and only one is allowed. Other questions/comments risk getting lost if shafted with two profiles.\
2715) [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=5412#comment-135290 Single sentences must not be too short, lest they be regarded as too generic in content.]]\
2816) No agendas allowed for any April Fools profiles. They should be jokes and nothing more.

Thumbs-up regulations for profiles

* For ascending a new deity:
** 1 or 2 thumbs-ups = Same as 0 thumbs-ups; not ready yet, but you know now that someone thinks it's ready.
** 3 thumbs-ups = Ascend within a week. Repost tomorrow. If you get a thumbs-up after that, ascend in 2 days (or immediately if you get two). Else, repost in 4 days. If you get a thumbs-up after '''that''', ascend immediately.
** 4 thumbs-ups = Ascend in 3 days.
** 5 thumbs-ups = Ascend immediately.
* For ascending a dominion/treasure:
** 1 thumbs-up = Ascend within a week. Repost in 4 days.
** 2 thumbs-ups = Ascend in 3 days.
** 3 thumbs-ups = Ascend immediately.
* For reworking a deity:
** [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13955282570A87068500&page=5347#comment-133662 As of the retiring of the restructure thread]], reworks fall under the same thumbs-up count as new profiles.
%% ** 1 thumbs-up = Rework done in 4 days.
%% ** 2 thumbs-ups = Rework done in 2 days.
%% ** 3 thumbs-ups = Rework immediately.

* '''Arena 7: [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Running of the Leaves]]'''
* Appearance: A dirt path flanked by deciduous trees in autumn. Along the way are things like stumps, rocks, outlying branches, beehives, tree sap puddles, and other obstacles opponents may use to hurt their opponents. It is made wider and longer to fit the combatants, and it has a portal that connects the finish line and starting line to prolong the match.
* Special Rules: This match is a "[[VideoGame/SonicAdvance2 running]] [[VideoGame/FreedomPlanet battle]]", where all the combatants battle ''while racing''. All combatants will have unlimited stamina when it comes to their travel means (as not all of them are runners).
** Combatants with SuperSpeed (e.g. The Flash) get those powers toned down, those with lower-than-average speed are given permanent speed boosts to catch up, those who ride "vehicles" are permitted to ride them (e.g. Vannelope's kart), those who ride ''big'' "vehicles" will be provided small-scale substitutes, while those with no means of fast travel acquire special platforms that will keep them at the same pace as the rest of the combatants.
** The battle lasts as long as there are still leaves left to fall, which are magically made more resistant in doing so. Once the last leaf has fallen, the winning team is the one who has the least [=KOs=]. Alternatively, the 25 KO rule may also end the match.
** A wall of energy 'races' behind the combatants and 'prods' stragglers with a speed boost that also damages them, ensuring that nobody falls behind.
** If the Ultimate Monster doesn't have the speed to keep up with the combatants by itself, they will be transported on a platform that will keep at the same pace as the combatants.

[[folder:Treasure Classification System]]

* '''Class 6''': No known notable effects directly caused by it, in the Treasury for symbolic importance or other reasons, safe for use. Any Treasure that is otherwise an ordinary object that can technically be found in the real world such as ''The Art of War'' is considered a Class 6 despite the lessons it imparts that can lead to real damage from warfare.

* '''Class 5''': Capable of affecting an individual in some form or another, such as through giving them superhuman abilities, inducing memory loss, or killing them. Any corrosive type of weapon, trinket or strong material such as Vibranium is given this designation. Any normal Behelit[[note]]it transforms the human using it into a demon known as an [[BodyHorror Apostle]][[/note]] is considered a Class 5 object.

* '''Class 4''': Capable of causing a localized group of people or an entire settlement to be heavily affected, effects (positive or negative) can spread further if left unchecked, bearing the risk of becoming a Class 3 threat. Has possible mild [[RealityWarper reality-warping]] effects. The Death Note can be counted as a Class 4 for being able to remotely kill people via writing their names, as can the Crimson Behelit for transporting the entirety of Guts and company to the site of the Eclipse for sacrifice. Power-boosting objects such as Aghanim's Scepter are considered Class 4 as well.

* '''Class 3''': Can affect society on a large-scale, cause complete structural and societal collapse of a species or mass environmental effects. This can range from destroying a city (Godzilla-levels of damage) to the mass enlightenment of the human species. The treasure in this case is likely to have [[RealityWarper reality-bending]] effects. A standard large nuclear warhead would be considered a Class 3 object, though a Class 2 threat would be apparent if nuclear armageddon like Judgement Day happened. Objects capable of giving a user control over abstract concepts like magic and time often begin here.

* '''Class 2''': Treasures capable of affecting planets and the areas around it, at most an entire galaxy, such as through the destruction of a planet or terraforming a planet into metal or waste material. Galaxy-wise, this can also abound from the complete freezing of a galaxy in time or [[Recap/DoctorWho50thASTheDayOfTheDoctor transferring it into a pocket universe]]. Basically, the effects can range from planetary to stellar to galactic-scale. Expect treasures from this point to be considered extremely powerful, if not the most powerful, objects in their home universe. Since they are able to be used to wish for resurrection, immortality or the complete destruction of a planet though with limitations on the part of the wishing dragon, the Earth and Namekian Dragon Balls are considered Class 2 objects, [[spoiler:though the Super Dragon Balls constitute Class 0 objects]].

* '''Class 1''': Reality warping objects capable of causing positive or negative effect to an entire universe. These artifacts are almost always full-on {{Reality Warper}}s, able to cause universe-ending events such as plunging it into blackness or [[ComicBook/TheInfinityGauntlet wiping out half of the universe's population]]. Objects affecting the flow of abstract concepts or traverse it such as time machines and dimensional travel portals are considered Class 1, no matter how benevolent or PlayedForLaughs they may seem, due to the inherent dangers they present. Just look at Film/BackToTheFuturePartII.

* '''Class 0''': Reality warping objects capable of affecting an entire multiverse and at worst (or best depending on the nature of the object, but it's often worst), the entire fictional ''Omniverse''. Only a few objects are capable of causing such effects on the cosmic scale, and are almost always reserved for Maximum Security. This may likely be brought about by representing an abstract concept of creation or having no otherwise stated limits in their respective stories. The Anti-Life Equation is at least capable of causing the complete subjugation of all beings in the universe, the ultimate goal of Darkseid, but in the hands of its true wielder, [[spoiler:the Anti-Monitor]], it is almost certain that a ApocalypseHow/ClassZ event will occur and result in the ontological annihilation of absolutely '''everything'''.

* Some notes:
** Being a Class 5 artifact does not denote that it is weak or insignificant compared to the others. Some well-known ones like the [[Pantheon/MaximumSecurity Holy Grail]] are Class 5! This merely means that their effect is limited to one individual or their effects are less impactful on the cosmic state of the universe.
** Since the SCP Foundation is in charge of documenting the Treasures in the Vault alongside Turaga Whenua, the Treasures are also listed by the Foundation's object classes, though only with their primary classification. Class 6 objects are equivalent to Safe-class [=SCPs=], Class 4 and 5 objects are equivalent to Euclid-class [=SCPs=] and Class 1 to 3 objects are equivalent to Keter-class [=SCPs=]. Due to the constantly changing nature of some Treasures, this is not a hard and fast rule.

A collective of characters who are each a OneHitPointWonder even within the context of the Pantheon. One of their privileges is that unlike most deities, they respawn in a few seconds at the Hall they were last at. Well, except for Sans, who revives the same way as everyone else, since he's extremely good at dodging to need it, and Chin, [[ChaoticEvil due to his alignment]].

Not everyone here is of the same alignment, and a select few might be in opposition to everyone else in this club, but they're listed anyway as recognition of their frailty.

* When it comes to video games, a few of them are made specifically to demonstrate the software and hardware that runs them. The role of the video game ''Knack'' is to demonstrate the ability of the Platform/PlayStation4 to handle a large number of discrete objects on screen. ''Knack'' does this by its main character also named Knack, who is comprised of several independently rendered objects reaching up to the ''hundreds'' depending on his current size. This makes him quite literally a tech demonstration of the [=PS4's=] capabilities. But we're getting ahead of ourselves; let's go over who exactly our protagonist is.
* Knack is the creation of Doctor Vargas, made from Relics native to their world, dug up from underground, and serve as power sources for civilization, being perpetual sources of energy. Vargas had spent decades learning the secrets of the Relics, [[spoiler:he and his wife Charlotte found the core that is basically Knack's soul before she was seemingly lost in an earthquake]], and how to bring them to consciousness: Knack is the end result of this, and has proven to be completely sentient. A few Relics make him a small being of 2' 6", but with several more his size can change, from human size all the way to 32 feet tall.
* Knack had been last seen [[spoiler:going off on a journey with Lucas on his custom plane to discover more about what Knack is and if there are any other beings like him.]] This somehow led them straight to the Pantheon, where they were eventually intercepted and escorted to the Court of the Gods. After a demonstration of his talents, and establishing connections back to their home world, Knack was ascended as a Pantheon deity.
* While Relics are necessary to his very being, Knack can actually integrate other materials as well such as wood, ice, scrap metal, and gemstones, but never to replace them entirely, and never more than one extra material type at a time (though it might be a matter of concentration). He can also absorb power from sunstones, then unleash it as a shockwave, unleash his parts as a tornado, or blast a bunch of Relics as a sphere of destruction before calling them back to him (only when he's not his default small size). And he can release his hold of these relics at will and call them back the same way (no matter how far they are, though distance is a factor) to alter his size for any situation.
* Don't mistake his being a collection of floating Relics for being frail or light, though. He's not only strong (enough to take on robots when he's at his maximum size that are still bigger than him), but deceptively fast too, no matter his current size, and can even jump [[DoubleJump up to three times in a row in the air]]. And he can somehow actually ''hold himself together'' enough to deliver strong punches, pull levers and stuff, endure tough blows, climb and carry, zipline, accidentally chip an overpass he was too tall for at the time, lift stuff, basically anything a fully solid humanoid of his size(s) can do. At least for clear crystals, he can even transfer his consciousness from his Relics to those crystals, but it gives him a sleepwalking feeling, and it's inadvisable for him to stay away from his core for too long.
* He's also not just a brutal buffoon that simply swings wildly. Knack has a few moves under his belt such as a shield move (that can deflect shots when he swings it right), a {{belly flop crush|ing}}, and momentarily generating swords and spears. He's also actually a quick and creative thinker in combat and out of it too, and is not above throwing things at opponents or hijacking enemy vehicles. He's even helped Lucas build a plane out of busted robot parts over the course of four months.
* As it turns out though, Knack is not actually the first of his make. The Norcliff Monastery of old made such things too, though only Knack has shown some manner of sapience. And thanks to Ava of the monks there, he's also learned stretching heavy punches, [[YouWillNotEvadeMe stretching to grab things like a Hook Shot]] (though doesn't carry himself across places this way), creating boomerangs out of his Relics that can then bind foes in electricity, and sending forth a sphere of Relic energy to break through shields.
* For all his power however, there is admittedly one glaring weakness Knack has; his central core. Striking there with sufficient power will result in him quite literally falling apart. And in the Pantheon, there are more than enough threats that are smart enough to aim for that spot. As such, Knack has been forced to learn to be more careful with his core, such as moving that core around his body where it can't be easily targeted, or having it reinforced (if covering it completely doesn't interfere with his Relic-luring power).
* Speaking of, that was the first order of business: the fact that Relics from their world aren't nearly as prevalent in the Pantheon. So for the time being, there are only as many Relics as is needed for Knack to reach his maximum size, though research is being done to replicate these Relics in case any get irreversibly destroyed or made unretrievable. Fortunately, he can incorporate other materials into his being, so it's not like he's short on materials to work with, but they're more likely to "fall off" when taking damage (exc. Wood Knack). Here are the main ones he acquires.
** The first of them is ice, one of the easier materials to adapt, and it grants him a freezing breath. However, Knack only has a minute out in the sun before those blocks melt, probably also due to the stress his Relic energy deals to them. The second most common material is wood, though not actually as common due to either having to gather from sawmills or storehouses, and he can't acquire from twigs, fallen logs, or stray branches. While burning him ''will'' degrade those parts faster than wood would normally do (probably for the same reasons as Ice Knack), those parts can still cause a lot of damage before then.
** Third is scrap metal, thankfully more common than wood in the Pantheon, though it does make him more susceptible to magnetism. As Metal Knack, he also has the ability to trail metal to carry electric currents, as well as whips of metal for offense and swinging. He also has a "Stealth" form using clear crystals that can bypass laser security systems without triggering them, though he's still technically visible to the naked eye.
** [[https://www.deviantart.com/darth-drago/art/Knack-is-going-to-be-BIG-in-Death-Battle-703553932 There are several other forms Knack can assume with other special materials]], such as rubies, aquamarines, amethysts, emeralds, and diamonds, but those aren't really easy to find (even if they're a bit easier than in the mortal realm). Not to mention their canonicity is up for debate. Still, Knack may decide to assume these alternate forms, and there are enough Relics brought with him in the Pantheon to allow him to use these forms in his largest.
* As he is technically a mechanical being, Knack drew attention from the larger mechanical entities of the Pantheon and mecha pilots due to his accomplishments against such beings in his world. Many in the GUAG appreciate his aid no matter what size he is, though care has to be taken regarding his Relics since they're not as abundant in the Pantheon. And many malicious ones in the GUAE and Machine Uprising often forget just how fast he can be despite his potential size, since he's actually a collective of floating blocks, though Knack either doesn't know how to or can't actually move his parts far enough to let certain attacks pass through him completely. However, this does mean he's not as absurdly tough as he looks, just able to "recover" swiftly with enough materials as long as they're not irreversibly broken.
* Given what he's fought, Knack's first response to any goblin (or orc) is hostile. And there are quite a number of these such as [[Pantheon/FantasticRaces Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka]], [[Pantheon/GiantsAndSmallfolk Skarsnik]], [[Pantheon/ExtrovertFlaws Redcloak]], [[Pantheon/{{Explosives}} Dr. Boom]], [[Pantheon/NiceAndNasty Garrosh Hellscream]], [[Pantheon/SpeechAToM Grimgor Ironhide]], [[Pantheon/BossDesign Gnasty Gnorc]], [[Pantheon/MagicalItems Gul'dan]], and [[Pantheon/EvilActions Hagatha the Witch]]. This would eventually lead to a misunderstanding when he saw Thrall clashing with Jaina who was under MindControl (not that Knack knew this at the time). The Relic collective did what he would usually do and sided against the "non-fleshskin"[[note]]goblins in his world weren't all green[[/note]], but he soon realized how complex the situation was when Jaina also attacked Knack, and when Thrall sometimes ''protected'' Knack from harm. After quickly getting the situation under control and breaking Jaina free from control, Knack realized that the Pantheon's races are more complex than they are back home. And despite their rocky start, the two Azeroth spellcasters decided to count Knack as an ally.
* Given the threats he's battled, Knack naturally opposes those who would TakeOverTheWorld, or would reduce civilization to rubble for a MightMakesRight society, such as [[Pantheon/Politicians Senator Armstrong]], who wanted to turn America into a SocialDarwinist paradise where everyone can fight for their beliefs. He also dislikes {{Evil Luddite}}s, especially if they ([[{{Hypocrite}} use advanced tech to achieve their goal]] [[spoiler:like Xander and his Order of the Monk tried to do]]), such as Seymour Guado and the Church of Yevon. However, their only representative now is just [[Pantheon/BossFightsNToZ Yu Yevon]] itself, who is barely a threat in his current state, though he did go berserk the moment Knack paid a visit by mere virtue of being a technological creation.

* Enemies: All {{Evil Overlord}}s and those who intend to TakeOverTheWorld [[OmnicidalManiac or bring it to ruin]]
* The story begins in the kingdom of Guardiana, where a young amnesiac named Max had washed ashore a year ago. He was raised there and when worries regarding the Gate of the Ancients nearby rose, the king sent Max and a small party there to investigate. They found Runefaust soldiers snooping around, and it turns out they were ''also'' attacking Guardiana. Upon returning, and…seeing the invadees off, it was clear that Runefaust has to answer for this. Because they're the only able fighting force remaining, Max's band is chosen to deal with the threat as they under the command of Darksol intend to awaken the monstrous Dark Dragon and use it to TakeOverTheWorld. It would be later on when Lord Otrant of Manarina christened his band with the name the '''Shining Force''', and this name would be used several times throughout their campaign, as well as later conflicts for years afterward.
* Upon defeating Darksol and the Dark Dragon, [[spoiler:the Shining Force were able to seal the latter once more (since it's unable to remain slain), but at the cost of Max having to stay behind due to being bound to the "key" that is the Chaosbreaker. Thankfully, he's able to Egress everybody else out, but Dark Dragon kept him from joining them. Somehow, Max did manage to escape later on, and Adam—WalkingTheEarth after the whole war—eventually reunited with him. But the experience has left him with PTSD, such that he is no longer inclined to return to Guardiana, and would rather everyone else believe he died]].
* While this would mean the end of the Guardiana Shining Force (other Shining Forces are assembled in the future), the story still continues for some of them, such as Lug and Domingo helping the Shining Force led by then-exiled prince of Cypress Nick[[labelnote:*]]and some relatives of the old guard are among its numbers, such as Lug's own son Ruce who co-leads the Force, Ken's ([[{{Fanon}} and possibly Mae's]]) son Apis, Hans' son Shade, and Tao's (and Diane's) younger sister Wendy[[/labelnote]] after Guardiana's later Queen Anri was put to a magical sleep, and Hanzou and Musashi can show up to aid the Cypress Shining Force led by mage Natasha. And another assembled by Max and Adam would operate all the way in Palamecia as they hunt down remnants of Darksol's army as they try to find a way to resurrect him.
* All this is why the (Guardiana) Shining Force was nominated to represent the trope TheSomethingForce. Not only is the name Force cool, it also gives an impression of strength, which they ''do'' have in spades. The fact that the group name has been passed down across the years also helps their case. As well as the fact that more popular Forces already have their members/founders in the Pantheon already under different tropes or are better off with different tropes.
* When the entire Shining Force was ascended to the Pantheon, it was a momentous affair, especially with almost everyone overjoyed to see Max again, given [[spoiler:they thought he died in the Castle of the Ancients]], and that Adam [[spoiler:had been traveling with him once the man from the past and the robot reunited]]. When asked why he didn't let anyone else know, Adam stated that as the potentially last addition to the Force, he had no real obligation to tell anyone else, given that his loyalty is to Max alone. On a lighter note, Musashi wants a duel with Max, having never gotten the chance during his time in the (Guardiana) Shining Force. After the Shining Force settled down in their new residences, a satellite of sorts appeared out of nowhere. As later discovered, it's the source of magic for all Rune denizens, and it does so here too (and probably explains why healing spells can also work on machinery like Guntz's suit, Kokichi's aircraft, and Adam's… everything). Well, it's not actually needed for that purpose given all sorts of magic in the Pantheon still work even without their canonical sources, but it ''does'' serve a use when Max casts Supernova, in which it fires a beam on wherever Max targets it.
* Given the comparisons between their games, it was natural that all ascended ''Pantheon/FireEmblem'' heroes would cross paths with the Shining Force, having been similarly small armadas that go up against the forces of evil who always outnumber them. The Tactician in particular is a bit envious that Max had access to priests who can revive any losses suffered, whereas he/she has to make sure there are no losses in the first place. And that those priests handle class changes whereas the Tactician had to manage a limited number of promotional items. But it would not do to let this fester as a grudge, and they all became allies.
* Other new allies to the Shining Force would include Commander Shepard and Kamina of Team Dai-Gurren for being to recruit so many people, even though it's more from a common enemy, life debts, given orders to join up, and occasional interest in Max specifically rather than Max's own charisma. Of course, there's also new enemies to deal with, given how many {{Evil Overlord}}s exist in the Pantheon. While not nearly as numerous as the Liberation Army led by Tir (though that also counted non-combat personnel), the Shining Force is still formidable even if only 12 at a time due to Max's limits as a commander [[spoiler:even with his time mute from trauma]].
* Due to so many characters in the Force, not everyone can be discussed in this profile, though their individual interactions might be covered where it might be interesting. The main ones however will be Max (as the leader of the Force in question), Narsha (as the deuteragonist in the remake), Anri (ostensibly as the NumberTwo in the Shining Force), Adam (while he's the last addition to the Force, he's also the most important in Max's backstory), and Mawlock (who indirectly guides Max and directly helps Narsha before they both join the Shining Force).

* Max had washed up on shore with amnesia a year before the war against Runefaust. But he didn't come alone; a bag holding the Light Saber washed ashore with him. A knight found this bag and sword and had it hidden by orders of Minister Ward (it would later be stolen by Kane, but Max would retrieve it later). Lowe found Max after that, and they trained in the army though at different job classes.
** Upon defeating Kane at the ruins of Dragonia, inadvertently breaking his mask, it's revealed that [[spoiler:he had been brainwashed, that he and Max are brothers, and that they were descendants of the Ancients, who created all life in Rune. However, along the way Max lost his memory, while Kane was captured and brainwashed by Darksol]]. And to make things worse, upon making their way to the shrine to acquire the Book of Secrets, Darksol somehow beat them to it and both he and Kane disappeared to fight.
** Upon visiting Prompt, and after a misunderstanding that almost sent Max to jail [[spoiler:to put him on reserve to deal with Dark Dragon in case it awakens]], he discovers from King Kusko that they are descended from the ancient people, whom the rest of Rune call gods. And they had [[spoiler:created the Dark Dragon to protect themselves from their other creations (i.e. the rest of Rune's races) that they've feared and who turned against them, and then decided to seal it immediately because they also feared its power, and because it would extinguish ''all'' life and Light in the world, though couldn't kill it and sealed it instead at the cost of their lives. In preparation for its eventual awakening, they chose two warriors who have been trained for this mission to be put in cryostasis; those warriors are Max and Kane, children of two biological engineers who held influential positions in the planning of Dark Dragon's creation, and the brothers had been meant to team up to stop the Dark Dragon.]]
** Max would later see Kane [[spoiler:die after he stopped Darksol from acquiring power to awaken Dark Dragon (though by then, Darksol already had just enough to enact his plan anyway), but not before jogging all of Max's memories. The grief would render him mute for the rest of the campaign, until near the end when the time came to seal Dark Dragon]].
** Max would eventually take up arms once more, when he and Adam discover that one of Darksol's generals Mishaela managed to survive, and (after assembling another Shining Force) they set off to find her in Palamecia, but he would be split up from Adam during the chase after the robot was rendered heavily injured and required time off battle, then [[spoiler:taken over with a MindControl mask, just like Kane in the last campaign. The new Shining Force assembled by Adam eventually rescued him, and he would help in stopping Mishaela from enacting her diabolic plan of resurrecting Darksol. And just like before, the Force was just too late to stop the summoning, but they proved strong enough to defeat the summoned force of evil anyway]].

* Anri is the princess of Guardiana, sent off to Manarina's Arcane College to study magic after her potential in it was realized. Eventually, she received word from Max about her father's demise in the hands of Kane. She didn't believe it at first since Max wasn't from Guardiana (which was true, since he was adopted by them one year ago), but Tao corroborated his claim. After some time alone, Anri immediately joined the Shining Force in order to stop Runefaust.
** As a kid, Anri liked drawing pictures, even if she didn't do very well at it. She started with scenery before getting in trouble for sneaking out of the castle. Then she started to draw all sorts of people within the castle before she became too much of a bother for them that they run from her when they see her coming. After that, she would just paint cats. She also used to admire knights so much that she wanted to become one, only stopping when it was clear she lacked the physical aptitude for it.
** Her favorite color is white. She has no real favorite food, being the sort who'll receive any food gratefully, though does have a disinclination for sweets if they're too sugary. She likes reading books about magic. If it weren't for her duty to be Queen of Guardiana in light of the King's death, she would've probably been a mage, or more likely an (unsuccessful) artist.
** After the war, Anri became Guardiana's queen, with Max's friend Lowe as her advisor.

[[green:(add events of Shining Force Gaiden later on)]]

* Narsha is the Princess of Runefaust and daughter of King Ramladu who sensed something wrong with her father. After escaping an assassination attempt thanks to Mawlock, and him unsealing Zuika, she flees her home, and they eventually join up with the Shining Force at Pao. At first, given she's from the nation plaguing Rune with war and its king's daughter, Narsha was worried that the Shining Force might despise her, but they were surprisingly welcoming. Among those in the Force, she admires Anri and Mae the most, the former as a kind and elegant princess, and the latter for getting Lowe off of her after he tried bugging her with a lot of sweets, which she does profess to not liking that much.
** Thankfully for Narsha, Runefaust's populace were in support of her return. Unfortunately for her, there was no way to bring her father back, though she's accepted it by now, having seen him and Runefaust change under Darksol's influence long before she had to leave. And if she delivered the final blow to king Ramladu, before passing away, he comes to his senses enough to express how proud he is of her, and that it was his fault for giving in to the temptation.

* Mawlock is a mysterious entity {whose powers lie in special Cards depicting members of the Shining Force, and some of their adversaries. He first shows up in front of Max after transporting him somewhere outside of time, telling him to collect Cards before departing to help Narsha later on. However, in a NewGamePlus, he can "split" his existence into two places at once and join Max from the outset while also helping Narsha. Utilizing the cards Max has collected, he can use them to either utilizing the card's power (Effect), empower himself (Copy), allow the card of the recipient to act twice in a turn (Move), or create a copy of the recipient (Imitate).
** Mawlock's origins are a complete mystery, as is his power over the Cards. However, this story may have some clues. Long ago, there was a scientist who studied images and light, using them to record pictures of people and scenery, all for the sake of his daughter, who had a chronic, incurable disease that would claim her within six months. If he can't save her life, then perhaps he could at least keep an eternal memory of her beauty.
** And so he began to research ways to record people's images, meeting famous mages and deepened his knowledge of light and spirit magic. He made no progress until one day an old man came along and game him some advice that helped him finally complete his research. The details and identity are unknown, but rumors say the latter was the devil himself. Three days before his daughter died, the scientist produced his Card, and held it up.
** With its power, he not only recorded images of people and scenery before the card, he also captured the strange powers that exist in the essence of people's souls. As such, the man's Card of his daughter gave the effect that she was alive inside the Card. Before anyone asks, the soul has not been stripped during the process, given all the Cards of the Shining Force, and none of them exhibiting any adverse effects.
** Eventually, the scientist grew old and passed away, but it turns out that he had made 100 more Blank Cards in addition to the one holding his daughter. These Cards eventually fell into the hands of many people, but nobody understood the the power hidden inside them. And now that so much time has passed, their location has been lost to time. Mawlock found one of these cards himself and eventually came to understand their power, but he won't tell anyone how he did that.
** With all of that in mind, with the possibility that Mawlock wasn't telling the entire truth, what was his role in this tale of a scientist and his dying daughter? Was he really just a "passerby" who happened to unlock the secrets of the Cards for his own use? Was he the "devil" who gifted the scientist the needed knowledge to create the Cards? Or was the scientist Mawlock himself? [[RiddleForTheAges He's certainly not clearing that up.]]

* When Dark Dragon was first sealed away, [[spoiler:100 ancient Adam-type robots were created to help the heroes of Light should Dark Dragon ever awaken. However, when Darksol attacked right after Max and Kane were awakened, all of these robots were scrapped, with only one Adam-type as the SoleSurvivor, Kane holding off Darksol so that Max could escape (and getting brainwashed in the process), and fellow robot Chaos being reprogrammed to turn against Max. The flight from Darksol also meant that Max's memories couldn't be fully restored before he was tossed into sea, where he would eventually land in Guardiana. Adam himself would successfully hide until Darksol left to continue his plans of conquest]]. He also knew Max from before his cryostasis, and upon reuniting with him at Metapha (where he was programmed to stay and protect despite his desires to aid Max sooner), regaled him of his past and the original intended plan on carrying this out, then immediately joined the Shining Force.
** During the hunt for Mishaela after the whole Dark Dragon affair, Adam had ended up heavily damaged. While he was successfully repaired to functional strength, he would be unable to fight anymore. Thanks to better technologies in the Pantheon, he's since been restored to full strength and can fight alongside his master once more.

* Add the Intro. The intro is made up of two trivia, the Ascension Text (or just the Ascension) and The Bio. Both are necessary, but which order you use for them may vary depending on the profile in question. It may be better for one profile to have The Bio first and the Ascension second or vice-versa, although for the most part the order is irrelevant:
** The Ascension Text: This the story of how the character got into the Pantheon and/or was ascended. There are many ways for this to happen. They may be tricked into it or have simply wandered into the Pantheon, they may have had an already ascended character bring them in, they may already be in the Pantheon (via being another deity's Herald or sharing a trope) and got "promoted", or some combination of the above. Anything is possible in the Pantheon, so use your imagination, but try to incorporate their trope into the story, if possible.
** The Bio: A brief synopsis on the character's backstory. No need for the character's entire life/production history, but just give enough that those who don't know the character can get an idea of how the character works.
* Notes about your chosen deity
* Note: Standard amount of flavor text for Deities/Characters is 10-15 at minimum to 20-25 at maximum.

* Gelatinous Cubes are immune to being Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, put to Exhaustion, Frightened, or knocked Prone. They have a "blindsight" of 60 feet (and are blind beyond that). Cubes take up their entire space (usually a 5 x 5 x 5 foot cube). Other entities can enter said space, but if they do, they're that does so is subjected to the cube's Engulf and has disadvantage escaping it. Those inside the cube can be seen, but are completely protected by the Cube from outside attacks (though the Cube itself is another story).
* Anyone within 5 feet of a cube can try to remove anyone or anything out of it, but it requires significant strength, and will suffer some acid damage during the attempt. Cubes can only hold one living entity of similar size—or up to four living entities of smaller sizes— at a time, and any number of items. That said, they're mostly transparent and thus beneath notice unless the cube has moved or attacked within sight of them, and Gelatinous Cubes tend to stay in place for long periods of time, so anything that runs into them tend to be surprised.
* Don't let their size fool you: Gelatinous Cubes can be a bit faster than expected if need be, and can travel up to 15 feet within 6 seconds (since 1 D&D!round is roughly that much time). In terms of offense, if it's not moving to engulf its target (who can resist it enough to just be shoved back or aside), a Gelatinous Cube attacks with a Pseudopod, dealing acid damage to whatever it touches. And if one is Engulfed, it's even worse; the victim can't breathe, is restrained, and takes more acid damage as long as they're inside the Cube, and are naturally move with the Cube if it does move. But it's not impossible to escape the Cube once inside, just rather difficult.
