Kazuichi panics before realizing that Mikan must be referring to the bush that he's trapped in. Subverted when Mikan reveals that there's a hole in his crotch and that she's been describing his actual pubic hair.
18	* LastRequest: Before she dies, Hiyoko requests that everyone leave Kazuichi trapped in the bush forever, and never talk to him again.
19	* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Mondo, when Taka is executed after Mondo agreed to gamble his life in an attempt to save Hiyoko.
20	* PoorCommunicationKills: Neither Ibuki nor Gundham had any ill intentions toward each other. The killing happened because Ibuki found that Gundham was collecting knives, assumed that he was plotting a murder, and panicked when alone with him. Gundham proceeds to kill her in the struggle when he thinks that she was about to harm one of his Devas in the fight.

He later directs the same anger at Nagito when he starts insisting that Chiaki should be held accountable for her accidental murders and the upcoming mass execution.
