7	* AdBreakDoubleTake: Done in the 4Kids dub when Flora lets Miele return to the surface alone.
8	* BigNo: Miele screams one when she jumps in front of Flora to take the blow from the Trix, falling into the poisoned Water Stairway as a result. She later cries out, "Flora, nooooo!" when Flora lets her return to the surface, sacrificing herself to earn her Enchantix.
9	* BigSisterInstinct: When Miele blocks the Trix's attack and falls into the poisoned Water Stairway, Flora unleashes a spell which traps the Trix in Venus flytraps and dives into the water to save her, letting her go back up while she is left at the bottom to nearly drown; her sacrifice to save her sister is what earns her Enchantix moments later.

Near the end of the episode, the Trix get turned into preteens after Flora has the willow tree throw them into the water.
15	* HeroicSacrifice: Flora dives into the poisoned water in order to save Miele, but gets stuck in some plants at the bottom. She manages to get Miele out of there safely before apparently drowning, but because of this, she earns her Enchantix and escapes.
16	* StandardizedSpaceViews: The nature-bound Lynphea is introduced this way as the girls travel there by spaceship. An Owl, specifically, is shown approaching the planet's surface.
17	* TakingTheBullet: Miele jumps in front of Flora to shield her from the Trix's combined magic attack and gets knocked into the Black Willow's river. Fortunately, the shot is non-fatal and merely knocks out Miele unconscious.
