!!Tropes:
* AesopAmnesia: You'd think Miko would have learned by now that giant robot battles are not place for a small, squishy human.
* BerserkButton: Knockout's vanity over anyone messing up his finish.
--> Knockout: You painted my paintjob! PREPARE FOR SURGERY!!!
* BigNo: Miko yells this when Knock Out is about to slice off Bulkhead's head, while he is out cold.
* BreatherEpisode: Compared to the dark, intense "Partners" that came before it, and the rather serious "Stronger, Faster" to follow.
* EveryoneHasStandards: The Cylinder data containing a formula for Synthetic Energon can be vital to create a new source to recharge the Autobots or provide a way to revive Cybertron. While they take advantage of Bulkhead possessing this knowledge, they try to find a way to safety extract it before it corrupts and destroys his current memories, even if it means losing that data.
* FlowersForAlgernonSyndrome: This episode is very much "Flowers for Bulkhead". He gains important knowledge for a vital substance, but it slowly consumes his mind.
* FromBadToWorse: It dawns on Miko just how bad Bulkhead's memory loss is when he can no longer remember Wheeljack or her name.
* IdiotBall: Miko's attempt to make Bulkhead remember by ground bridging out of the base, causing the trade to fail, ancient knowledge lost and more needless fighting. Fortunately everything turned out alright in the end; the ancient knowledge won't fall into Decepticon hands ever again, Bulkhead is safe and Miko learned her lesson. Plus we get to see more Transformers action.
* ItsAllMyFault: In a bout of CharacterDevelopment, Miko blames herself for everything that's happened.
* MeaningfulEcho: "Dead battery."
* MySkullRunnethOver: Poor Bulkhead. The longer he holds onto the formula, the more he loses himself.
* NeuroVault: An accidental version.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: A LOT from Miko per her stupidity, but also Ratchet for not having closed the ground bridge so that Miko can't enter the battlefield.
* NoMacguffinNoWinner: Downplayed. The data is launched into deep space, thanks to Miko. While the Decepticons go back empty-handed, the Autobots have a partial formula to the Synthetic Energon.
* OffWithHisHead: Megatron orders this upon Bulkhead. ("Bring me the head of Bulkhead")
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: Megatron is not above ableism as he berates Breakdown for losing his eye.
--> Megatron: Did you drop it you one-eyed oaf?
* SmartBall: Bulkhead temporarily becomes a GeniusBruiser in this episode... but with a cost.
* SpannerInTheWorks: ZigZagged for Miko. She left cleaning duties at Autobot HQ to once more see Bulkhead kick some Decepticon chassis. She accidentally triggers an emergency protocol in the Cybertronian Cylinder to eject in case of non-Cybertronian contact (humans like her, in this case). Bulkhead absorbs the data, leaving the Decepticons with an empty case. Later, while Optimus negotiates with Megatron how to return the data to save Bulkhead, a desperate Miko takes Bulkhead to try to fight off the corruption. Unfortunately, this leads to him being tracked and Megatron changing course, ordering his minions to capture Bulkhead. Finally, when Miko tries to fight Knockout and Breakdown, she accidentally launches the data from Bulk's head to the stars.
* StayInTheKitchen: Call it sexist or "size"ist, Ratchet expects Miko to sweep the place. After all, given how stupid Miko is, it's the only way she could be of any use around the Autobot base.
* TechnoBabble: Bulkhead talks in this for most of the episode, name-dropping a few concepts actually found in RealLife.
* TitleDrop: The acronym is given out by Miko in the episode, that refers to the term TooMuchInformation. However, the exposition Ratchet gives out isn't anything Squick-worthy; just boring stuff to her about the Cybertronian Cylinder.
* WouldHurtAChild: After Miko causes the data to be lost:
-->Knock Out: Megatron'll peel our paint for losing that data.\
Breakdown: So we're gonna have to peel you.
* YouHaveFailedMe: Megatron is (understandably) losing patience with Breakdown and [=KnockOut=] for their lack of progress in accomplishing anything throughout Season 1.
