Go To

While at Phineas' grandparents' camp in the woods, after hearing the story of the pirate Badbeard and his treasure from Grandpa Flynn, Phineas, Ferb, and the kids decide to convert Grandpa Flynn's dinghy into a full fledged pirate ship and search for the treasure.

Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz has acquired a new lair on Badbeard Lake, and Perry is sent to investigate. Unfortunately, Candace (who is under the influence of hallucinogenic moss) tags along for the ride, and Perry has to keep her safe while completing his mission.

!!Tropes
* AccordionToMostSailors: The song "The Ballad of Badbeard" features a concertina. Before performing it the first time, Grandpa Flynn asks:
-->'''Grandpa:''' Does anyone have a concertina? ''Buford.....''?\
'''Buford:''' Me?!?\
''reluctantly pulls concertina out of {{Hammerspace}}''\
'''Buford:''' ''[glumly]'' Yes.
* ContinuityNod: In "Get That Bigfoot Outta My Face", Buford says that his plans for camp are to "find a nerd, take his underpants, and [[UnderwearFlag run them up the flagpole]]". In this episode, he's done just that to Baljeet's underpants.
* ExactWords: It is said that whomever finds the treasure of Badbeard will be cursed with bad beards forever. Turns out to be more literal, as the chest is full of fake bad beards.
* GRatedDrug: The orange moss, which causes Candace to act almost exactly like she's high when she touches it, complete with a psychedelic background and music. Subverted since it was only the power of suggestion, and it's the blue moss that's the straight example. Then Candace looks down and sees that [[HereWeGoAgain her hand has been in blue moss the entire time]].
-->'''Talking Zebra''': Love the beard, Kevin.
* GreenAroundTheGills: Holly and Gretchen, who only appear during the title song, have the lines "I'm feeling sick" and "You're looking green", respectively.
* IAmNotWeasel: When Candace appears in Doof's lair covered in seaweed and cackling (still believing she is under the effects of orange moss), Doof thinks she is the sea hag. Candace, in return, calls Doof "the pharmacist".
* ImpossiblyCompactFolding: Ferb's giant pirate ship blueprint was originally folded to a size small enough to fit in his pocket.
* MushroomSamba: Candace experiences several {{hallucinations}} after coming into contact with poisonous moss.
-->'''Candace''': Why do my nostrils whisper to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?
* OneSteveLimit: Averted with Doofenshmirtz's pet crocodiles, Susan and Susan. He named them after each other.
* PirateBooty: The kids found it. It's full of fake beards.
* PirateSong: Both versions of "Ballad of Badbeard" count, the first one only having the lyrics "Arg, arg, arg, arg, this is the Ballad of Badbeard", and the second being sung by the kids as they're searching for Badbeard's treasure and playing the role of a pirate crew.
* RopeBridge: The kids have to cross one while in the Tunnel of Doom.
-->'''Phineas:''' ''(stands on bridge)'' It'll hold us.\
''Everyone stands on the bridge.''\
'''Phineas:''' [[OhCrap No, wait! Not all at once!!!]]
* {{Slurpasaur}}: The kids encounter a monster in the cave that looks exactly like a giant iguana.
* TreasureHuntEpisode: The kids are searching for the treasure of Badbeard.
* TreasureMap: Phineas' and Ferb's grandpa just happens to have one.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: The Fireside Girls only appear on the boat for the song and then never show up again for the rest of the episode.
* WorthlessTreasureTwist: Subverted.
-->'''Baljeet:''' Perhaps the real treasure is true friendship and the spirit of adventure.\
({{Beat}})\
'''Phineas:''' Nah, there it is over there.
** And then DoubleSubverted when it turns out the treasure they've been looking for is just a chest full of fake beards, although the kids nab the beards anyway.
