1	The episode begins with Moo, visible for the first time, lecturing the Big Bad Four on their failure to conquer the world as quickly as he hoped. Gray Wolf is dismissive of the Searchers, though he does admit they should try to deter them. When Naga tells Pixie that they were spotted near her control area, she says she has everything under control.

3	Genki and the others come across a beautiful, flower-filled valley near a town with a dam to keep back the water. The dam is attacked by Pixie's Evil Hare minions and breaks, and the Searchers must quickly build a new one to hold off the tide of water.

5	The new dam is constructed, but it seems as if it will break... until Genki runs to hold it back by himself. His determination to not let Moo win inspires the other Searchers, and eventually the entire town, to join him in holding back the dam... and once everyone joins together, it holds.

10	* AsYouKnow: {{Averted}}; Pixie is apparently the only member of the Big Bad Four who ''doesn't'' know about the Searchers. Ironic, given that they were last spotted near the area she controls...
11	* AtTheCrossroads: The group comes to a crossroads and get into a brief argument about which way to go, since the Magic Stone isn't pointing the way this time. The path they choose takes them straight to the village.
12	* BigDamPlot: The central conflict.
13	* BookEnds: The episode starts and ends at two separate crossroads. At the first one, Genki, Tiger and Hare argue about which way to go, and those who lose the argument feel slighted. At the second, Tiger suggests that Genki should decide, and Hare goes along without protest, showing how their respect for Genki has grown.
14	* CommanderContrarian: {{Downplayed}} when Hare comes up with the idea to build a second dam, and Tiger says it sounds like another trick... without explaining ''why'' he thinks that it won't work. However, the obvious threat gets him to quickly reconsider.
15	* FlowerMotif: Fields of beautiful flowers surround the village, underscoring the threat posed by the failing dam: if it breaks, the fragile fields will surely be destroyed.

20	* UnderestimatingBadassery: While admitting that the Searchers should be deterred, the Big Bad Four, especially Grey Wolf, are dismissive of the group. This will prove costly for three of them.
21	* VillainOpeningScene: Moo appears in person for the first time, lecturing his minions. This also introduces the [[EliteFour Big Bad Four]]: Pixie, Gali, Gray Wolf and Naga.
22	* WalkingDisasterArea: {{Downplayed}}; Captain Evil Hare decides to destroy the dam specifically in hopes of wiping out the Searchers in one go.
