4	Matt Hagen was once the country's most famous movie star, but his acting career almost ended for good when his face was horribly disfigured in a car accident.

6	To the rescue came Roland Daggett, who offered Hagen access to Renuyu, an experimental skin-rebuilding chemical his company developed that would restore Hagen's ruined face and allow him to resume his life. [[DealWithTheDevil But the price was heavy.]] In return for the formula, Hagen now is at the beck and call of Daggett, who forces him to change his appearance to rob, extort and silence Daggett's business rivals. Hagen finds the arrangement repulsive, especially when Daggett orders him to impersonate Bruce Wayne and kill Wayne Enterprises' Lucius Fox. But since he can't back out without Daggett cutting off the monthly supply he needs to keep his face together (not to mention that Renuyu's chemical mix is addictive), Hagen agrees to the hit.

8	After failing to kill Fox when Batman intervenes, Daggett becomes concerned that Hagen's loyalty is no longer guaranteed and orders his men to kill him. When Hagen sneaks into Daggett's lab for more Renuyu, they forcibly overdose him on the compound, shoving it down his throat, causing him to mutate into a monstrous pile of living clay...

12	* ArtisticLicenseBiology: Batman suspends Bell by his wrist via a mechanical clamp attached to the Batwing in order to scare him into confessing as to what framed Bruce for attacking Lucius. The man's weight combined with the massive g-forces the Batwing was pulling would have likely torn his hand off long before Batman is forced to drop him.
13	* ArtisticLicensePhysics: From the same scene as the above, dropping Bell into a rooftop pool would've almost certainly killed him as well. Even ignoring the use of SoftWater for the scene, a rooftop swimming pool (or even an in-ground one in someone's backyard) would've been far too shallow for a drop of that height - Bell would've had enough momentum to wind up smashed against the pool's floor.
