1	When Candace signs herself and Jeremy up for a reality dance show, he tells Phineas and Ferb that he can't dance, so they help him out by building an exoskeleton that can allow Jeremy to imitate Ferb's dance moves.

3	Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz assembles a league of supervillains, but since all of the media is covering the dance contest, they decide to try to use the dance contest to tell people about their existence.
