* BigDamnHeroes:
** Michinaga saves a defeated End Rider from being finished off, [[DrawAggro earning the attention of other End Riders]] in her stead.
** Daichi rescues Win from a Game Master with a gang of Himawari Jyamato.
** Neon and Kousei weakens Suel by making the [=VIPs=] leave the scene, allowing Ace to almost defeat him.
* BroughtDownToNormal: Before Ace can finish off Suel, the latter rewinds time to undo Ace's transformation.
* TheBusCameBack:
** Samas returns after a 5-episode absence.
** Girori and Fukuoka make appearances as well, after the former's absence due to being fired and the latter being PutOnABus.
** Boost Mk II resurfaces after being last seen in #36.
** The various Armed Buckles are being used for the first time in a notable while.
* CallBack: The confrontation between Tsumuri and Ace calls back to the scene of Tsumuri smiling and pulling the Magnum Shooter [=40X=] on him in the intro.
* {{Cliffhanger}}: The episode ends with Tsumuri seemingly betraying and fatally shooting a de-powered Ace.
* DiabolusExMachina: After the Kuramas cause the [=VIPs=] to exit the scene, Suel is left on the ropes against Ace, but then reveals he could reverse time around Ace to the point of undoing his transformation.
* FaceDeathWithDignity: With Tsumuri aiming a Magnum Shooter 40X at his face, Ace chooses to tease her about finally dropping her "-sama" honorific and [[GoOutWithASmile smiles at her]], telling her to do it.
* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: When confronted, Suel justifies his End Rider game as the result of the [=VIPs=] being fed up with Ace. But Griori tells Suel that it does not excuse his choice to ignore the rest of the audience and abuse his authority as head of the DGP.
* TheHeroDies: After 48 episodes, Ace finally accepts his impending doom: being shot in the head with his own signature weapon... by Tsumuri.
* HopeSpot: It seems Geats will finally have the jump on Suel with the signature Rider Kick, though that's when Suel reverses Ace to undo his Rider form.
* InternalReveal: Girori is informed about the events that happened during his absence, [[EnemyMine siding with Ace due to Suel's conduct and Ace's current intentions line up with his own "saving the world" ideology]].
* LoopholeAbuse: Ace defying the Power of Creation [[TakenForGranite turning him into a mindless stone deity]] meant that he is still physically a human of the present era and is vulnerable to Suel's time manipulation and even death, even though he still retains his powers. Suel made use of this to undo his transformation and leave him defenseless against Tsumuri's seemingly fatal headshot.
* MortonsFork: End Riders are faced with a terrible choice: either keep on fighting until they're defeated and executed by the Game Masters for losing, or not fight and still get eliminated by the Game Masters regardless for disappointing the [=VIPs=].
* OnceMoreWithClarity: At one point, Ace and Tsumuri returned back to the home they lived in during the ''Scheme'' arc, with the former greeting a Game Master who enters after them. The episode cuts back to this scene once it's revealed that the Game Master in question, Girori, was the one that allowed Ace to confront Suel.
* ThePowerOfLove: Subverted. A young couple forced into becoming End Riders decide not to fight each other and run away, only for a Game Master to detonate their helmets with Keiwa forced to watch them explode.
* ShameIfSomethingHappened: Neon and Kousei essentially threaten some [=VIPs=] by implying that they would be punished by the audience for their association with Suel should they remain in the present, despite being in safety of their viewing rooms. This weakens Suel enough that Ace gets him on the ropes.
* SpannerInTheWorks: Like in the previous episode, Daichi throws a wrench into a villain's plan through his usage of the Jyamato. This time, he uses the Himawari Jyamato to fill in the numbers the heroic Riders lacked and forced the DGP into a stalemate by preventing all Game Masters and End Riders from doing anything.
* UglyCute: An InUniverse example with the Himawari Jyamato. They look just like normal Jyamato, but dressed in kindergarten uniforms with a child-like mentality and sunflowers growing out of their heads. An uncomfortable Tsumuri even calls them "disgustingly-cute".
