!!"The Boss Maybe"
With Lori now in college, Leni has to adapt to being the eldest sibling in the house.
----
* AesopAmnesia: Lincoln apparently forgot [[Recap/TheLoudHouseS1E25ThePriceOfAdmissionOneFluOverTheLoudHouse what happened last time he watched a horror movie]].
* BadlyBatteredBabysitter: Leni becomes this since she can't keep her siblings under control like Lori. She gets better later by using her skills at handling customers at her job.
* BrutalHonesty: During Leni's first day at her job, she offended a customer by saying that the shirt he was interested in buying was not his color.
* CallBack: Mr. Grouse still has his IT know-how from "[[Recap/TheLoudHouseS2E16FoolsParadiseJobInsecurity Job Insecurity]]", allowing him to fix the Louds' router.
* ADayInTheLimelight: Leni is the star of the episode.
* DeerInTheHeadlights: Leni gets like this whenever she is shocked.
* EmployeeOfTheMonth: The episode begins with Leni being awarded Employee of the Month. Leni, being TheDitz, believes that it's for her birthday.
* KidsShouldntWatchHorrorFilms: Lincoln and Clyde watch a scary movie called ''The Disemboweling'', which naturally leaves them terrified.
* {{Knighting}}: Lynn Sr. "knights" Leni with a chicken drumstick to appoint her as the Louds' new babysitter.
* LiteralMinded: Leni, as per usual. When Mrs. Carmichael tells her she's come so far, Leni simply tells her the break room is not too far from the register, and when told to split Lola and Lynn's money, Leni comes by with a pair of scissors and cuts it in half.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: When Leni is in over her head (which is to say, any situation that Lori was able to handle with ease), she freezes up in her place with her eyes dilating.
* PetTheDog: Mr. Grouse, who is typically annoyed by the Louds' antics, nevertheless comes to Leni's aid when she becomes overwhelmed.
* RuleOfThree: There are three moments in which Leni has to call Lori at college to get advice towards wrangling her siblings. The third time, Lori's in a lecture, so her professor confiscates her phone, forcing Leni to resort to other means.
* ShoutOut:
** PopCulturePunEpisodeTitle: The title of this episode is a pun on ''WesternAnimation/TheBossBaby''.
** When Leni reads Lincoln and Clyde a story, the book appears to be a nod to Eric Carle's ''The Very Hungry Caterpillar''.
** Mr. Grouse invokes the name of Music/BingCrosby while demanding to know what the Loud kids are up to.
* SmellySkunk: Lana brings a skunk into the house.
* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: Since Leni is generally very kind and doesn't have years of experience being in charge of her younger siblings, she naturally struggles with taking care of them since it's the first time she's been in charge.
* TomatoSkunkStinkCure: After Lana gets skunked, Leni gives her a tomato juice bath.
* VerbalBackspace: Lucy's hands are stained red when she approaches Leni for help:
--> '''Lucy:''' Leni, do you know how to get blood- I mean, ketchup off the ceiling.
* WholePlotReference: To the ''Series/StuckInTheMiddle'' episode "Stuck with a Diaz Down".

!!"Family Bonding"
When new neighbors move in next to the Loud House, Lincoln and Clyde suspect them of being spies and investigate them David Steele-style.
----
* AccidentalTruth: Lincoln keeps telling the family that the new next door neighbors are spies, and even believes they work for S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E, a secret organization that sabotages the economies of cities that export any fruits other than Georgia peaches. However, his family doesn't believe him, and even after finding out he was wrong, he accepts it. Except that it's revealed that his predictions were actually true after he throws his walkie-talkie that unintentionally hits a button that reveals the neighbors' secret, a cherry destroying doomsday device.
* BigDamnHeroes: Lincoln and Clyde fall into this after they reveal that the neighbors were actually spies.
* BigNo: Lynn Sr. cries this out after his cherry soufflé pops.
* ConspicuousTrenchcoat: Mr. Miller meets with a woman wearing a trenchcoat and a fake mustache at the library. She gives him a book on growing Georgia peaches.
* CryingWolf: Whenever a new neighbor moves in, Lincoln and Clyde accuse them of being something based on whatever fad they're into at the moment, be it either supervillains, ghosts, or aliens. So, when they accuse the newest neighbors of being spies, no one believes them. They discover later that they were right.
* DoesNotLikeSpam: The Millers hate cherries so much that [[ExaggeratedTrope they intend to destroy all the cherries in Royal Woods]].
* EndangeredSouffle: Mr. Loud's soufflé falls flat due to Lynn yelling about there being new neighbors.
* {{Facepalm}}: All of the Loud family (including Mr. Coconuts) does this the exact moment after Lincoln emerges to tell everyone his theory that their new neighbors are spies.
* FunWithAcronyms:

* SmokeOut: When the Louds are about to report the Millers to the FBI for their crime, Ryan used a peach-shaped smoke bomb to allow him and his parents to vanish and escape capture.
* TheStoolPigeon: Lola as usual. When she caught Clyde in the bush, she squealed on both him and Lincoln, causing the rest of the Louds (along with the Millers) to come running over to their neighbor's house:
-->'''Lola:''' (pulls out a bullhorn and shouts through it) Hey everybody! Lincoln is sneaking around the neighbor's house!
* StringTheory: Clyde and Lincoln make one of these when connecting the evidence about what the Millers are up to.
* SubvertedSuspicionAesop: Just when it seems like Lincoln and Clyde were wrong about the Millers being spies, it turns out that they were absolutely right.
* ToiletHumor: While Clyde and Lincoln are discussing the Millers in a bathroom stall at school, Clyde mentions that "something stinks". Turns out Liam was using the toliet in an adjacent stall, an after effect of eating homemade yogurt.
* TrickedOutShoes: When confronting the Millers to stop their plan, Lincoln uses shoes that spray grease on the floor, causing the Millers to slip.
