He knows he needs help, so he decides to go back in time and recruit his old nemesis turned anti-hero, Captain Cold.

45	** As it turns out, having spent an eternity trapped inside the Speed Force, Savitar has found a way to crystalise the energy made from the Speed Bazooka into a solid form: The Philosopher's Stone.
