----
!!"House of Lies"
* AirVentPassageway: Lisa even goes into the house's air vents to catch her family in a lie.
* BigBrotherIsWatching: Lisa watches her family on multiple monitors she keeps in her room while eating popcorn. She's just doing it for fun, as the surveillance system detects the lies on its own, without her interfering.
* BrutalHonesty: Because of all the lie-detecting cameras that Lisa installed, the family is forced to resort to this.
* CastingGag: The security system Lisa invents in "House of Lies" is voiced by Creator/JeffBennett. This isn't [[WesternAnimation/MickeyAndTheRoadsterRacers the only time]] he voiced some kind of technology that goes too far in trying to do good.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: When Lana asks Lori to take her to the dump, Lori makes up a lie to avoid taking Lana and have more time for herself, instead of bargaining her with some housework, like she always does in "Driving Miss Hazy". An obvious indication that Lori has stopped doing this.
* CordonBleughChef: Mr. Loud is presented as one in this episode, at least as far as his cabbage casserole is concerned.
* ContinuityNod:
** Leni's lockpicking talent is used again.
** [[Recap/TheLoudHouseS3E2WhiteHareInstaGran This isn't the first time]] Lynn's seen in her ninja wardrobe.
** [[Recap/TheLoudHouseS2E7LockNLoudTheWholePicture This isn't the first time]] Lisa had cameras around in the house.
** Mrs. Loud is seen working on her novel.
** This also isn’t the first time the Loud Kids have wrecked the bathroom.
* CrazyPrepared: Lisa installed lie detecting cameras all over the house just in case something was to happen to her lie detecting glasses.
* DeathGlare: The entire family gives Lisa one when her lie-detecting really starts getting on their nerves.
* DeflectorShields: Lisa's cameras are protected with these, to prevent anyone from destroying them.
* DumpsterDive: Lana reveals she does this at the local dump. Hence, why she wants Lori to take her there.
* FailedASpotCheck: Somehow, none of the Louds notice the many cameras installed everywhere until Lisa points them out.
* FrustratingLie: Lisa gets fed up with her family constantly lying all the time. What finally makes her take action against their constant lies is when the family secretly disposes of Lynn Sr.'s cabbage casserole because they hate it and they lie about eating it to him
* HardTruthAesop: The idea of lying to maintain civility and harmony between people may sound absurd, but we all do it all the time.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Upon having second thoughts about the lie-detecting but still unwilling to give it up just yet, Lisa's own invention calls her out on "lying to herself." This ultimately forces Lisa to admit (both to herself and to her family) that what she did was wrong.
* HonestyAesop: An inversion--Lisa ultimately acknowledges that lying can sometimes be for the best, especially in situations where telling the truth would just end up making things worse.
* LethalChef: In contrast to his [[SupremeChef usual portrayal]], Lynn Sr.'s food in this episode is so inedible that the family will pretend to eat it, and then secretly order takeout.
* LieDetector: Lisa invents two of these:
** The first are her lie detecting glasses.
** Later, she has her lie detecting cameras.
* MyHairCameOutGreen: Leni has her hair dyed orange. Her siblings don't like it, but lie that they do.
* PhlebotinumOverload: The Louds destroy the cameras by overloading the system with lies.
* PsychoticSmirk: Lily, when she signals her family that Lisa is asleep and they can destroy her lie detecting glasses.
* SeriesContinuityError: Mr. Loud is being presented as a bad cook in this episode, even though he works as a professional chef. Then again, it could be that he just can't cook cabbage casserole in particular that well.
** Similarly, Leni is presented as a fashion victim in this episode, even though she has a much better sense of style in many other episodes. Then again, it could be she was simply experimenting with new styles.
* TheStoolPigeon: Lisa to Lynn over the bathroom being messed up.
* StuffBlowingUp: The Louds lie so much that it overloads Lisa's cameras, blowing the roof off the house.
* TrashOfTheTitans: The Louds bathroom ends up like this again, prompting Mr. Loud to demand to know who did it. Lynn is revealed to be the culprit.
----

!!"Game Boys"
* CanNotSpitItOut: Clyde really can't say no to Lincoln, no matter how much he doesn't want his Super Snap to end up at the Loud house.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: When Clyde is discovered hiding under the table, Leni scolds Lincoln for inviting Clyde over and not offering him a chair. When Lincoln objects that he did not invite Clyde, Lola remarks that that's even ruder since Clyde is obviously hungry.
* ContinuityNod: Lisa is once again seen [[Recap/TheLoudHouseS2E12PottyMouthLIsForLove rapping and dancing to science songs]].
* CouldHaveAvoidedThisPlot: When Clyde is finally honest with Lincoln about not wanting to leave his Super Snap at the Loud House, Lincoln informs Clyde that he could have just ''told'' him how he felt. He goes on to tell Clyde that while his feelings would have been hurt, he would have understood since he is not as careful with his belongings as Clyde is.
* CrazyPrepared: Clyde packed his Super Snap in way more than just a suitcase.
* ADayInTheLimelight: For Clyde.
* DemandOverload: In-universe example. Lincoln mentions that the Super Snap was sold out for weeks. Clyde ended up getting his from his Nana Gayle as a Bingo prize.
* {{Gasshole}}: Lynn farts in Clyde's face as he's hiding under the family table, and this is ''[[TemptingFate right after]]'' [[TemptingFate Clyde proclaims that nothing could go wrong from his hiding]].
* INeedToGoIronMyDog: Inverted; Clyde keeps making up these kind of excuses, but they are meant as a way so he can stay at the Loud house, rather than leave it.
* ImagineSpot: Clyde imagines what would happen if he lends Lincoln his Super Snap for a day. He ends up getting no amount of sleep because of this.
* IntrovertedCatPerson: Clyde fears he will end up lonely and become one of "those people who only talk to their cats" if he ever loses his friendship with Lincoln.
* LostFoodGrievance: Charles does ''not'' take kindly at all to Clyde eating his treat.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Clyde when he agrees to lend Lincoln his Super Snap for a day.
* OhCrap: Clyde's reaction upon noticing Charles being angry with him over eating his treat. He tries to offer it back, [[DisproportionateRetribution only to get into a scrap with him]].
* OhCrapSmile: Clyde, repeatedly.
* RunningGag:
** Clyde doing everything he can to protect his Super Snap.
** Clyde expressing his fear that he will become a lonely person who only talks to cats, followed by a cat meowing at him, which only increases his fear.
* ShoutOut:
** The title is a homage to the UsefulNotes/GameBoy.
** The title card is a homage to ''[[VideoGame/SuperMarioBros1 Super Mario Bros.]]''
** The Super Snap 95 system, itself, is an homage to the UsefulNotes/NintendoSwitch. This even includes it being sold out for several weeks, which was a problem with the Switch in its first years of release due to DemandOverload.
* SlipperySkid: Happens twice. Clyde uses Geo's ball to knock down Lisa in the hallway. Mr. Loud falls victim of this too after offering him his deconstructed pizza.
* TakingTheBullet: Parodied. Lincoln uses his own body to protect the Super Snap against a piece of pizza.
* ToiletHumour / BirdPoopGag: While Lincoln is playing, Walt flies into his room and poops mid-flight, narrowly missing the Super Snap.
