Context Recap / TheAngryBeaversE4LongInTheTeeth

Go To

Norbert has decided to grow his teeth long. Despite Dag's protests that growing teeth out is ''fatal'' to beavers, Norb ignores him, is declared "cool" by the other forest animals, and "growing teeth" out becomes a fad. Daggett, just wanting to be considered cool too, grows his teeth out too.

!!Tropes featured in this episode:
* AbnormalDentalGrowth: This trope described the episode to an exaggerated degree.
* ArtisticLicenseBiology: Rabbits are not rodents.
* BrickJoke: During one of the scene transitions, we see [[MakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext a bear crowing at dawn.]] Then at the very end of the episode, we hear the crowing again.
-->'''Dag:''' Norb, what's wrong with that bear?!
-->'''Norb:''' I have no idea.
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: One can't help but see "long teeth" on beavers as a metaphor for, ahem, long manhoods for men. The girl beaver getting turned on by Norb's long teeth kind of solidifies it.
* EarlyBirdCameo: A female beaver shows up at one point and asks to [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything "touch"]] Norb's long teeth. It's clearly an early version of "Treeflower", right down to the same voice actress, Cynthia Mann.
* LeftHanging: Dag and Norb are ''literally'' left hanging in a tree. Their unruly teeth stuck in the branches. Their [[WithFriendsLikeThese "friends"]] refuse to help them since long teeth is not cool anymore. Dag and Norb remain stuck in the tree the rest of the episode.
* OhCrap: When the Beavers' teeth start getting out of control.
* PimpDuds: Dag and Norb are seen briefly wearing these, in an attempt to "out-cool" each other.
