----
* Ichika almost killing someone with flower petals. The person in question was severely allergic to flowers, and at first she's overjoyed to be surrounded by them until she starts convulsing in agony.
** What spurred this to happen was Ichika bringing the woman a dried flower wreath as part of a school project. At first the woman was happy until she realized the flowers were dried, at which point she started destroying the wreath while screaming "NOT REAL! NOT REAL!" over and over again. Ichika's shock at the woman's episode is later overshadowed by her anger at seeing her hard work destroyed, and when she summons the Flower Djinn to torment the woman it's almost as though Ichika's possessed by her anger.
* Manatsu's screams of pain as she uses her power to try and stop the tsunami Ichika unwittingly created using the power of the Sea Djinn. She honestly sounds like she's being murdered.
* It's all but stated that Satsuki was sexually assaulted, and we briefly get glimpses of her memories of the event.
* The nature of Ichika's test. She eventually has to decide whether to kill herself or the rest of humanity. The test isn't framed as Ichika having to choose between saving herself by sacrificing the world or saving the world by sacrificing herself. Saya phrases it as whether the world should be destroyed because it's so horrible, or if Ichika should die instead because of the awful person she supposedly is. The misanthropy inherit in this "test" is utterly horrifying and calls into question just how many people allowed Saya to execute them after they were pushed past the DespairEventHorizon.
** Even worse is the admission that such tests have happened before and will happen again to others, who will be given the same choice. And if they refuse, they die.
* Saya's scarf is actually a life-draining scythe, and she impales people with it to kill them. When Manatsu sacrifices herself to save Ichika, she does so by impaling herself with the scythe to return her counterpart's energy and walks through the blade to reach her.
* Sei turning to stone for breaking the rules.
