The way that Kristen just stabs Anna in the gut, and then calmly tells her to sit down and watch the movie, is chilling. Since you expect the killer to be wearing the Ghostface mask and robes, it's a definite left hook. This is later recreated when Charlie backstabs Kirby when she thinks she's won the trivia game and can rescue him safely.
19	* While not intentional, Judy’s meeting with Sidney is a little off putting, mostly on account of the former looking cross eyed as she steps out of the shadows.
20	* Jenny's death, with the killer taunting her over the phone and the disappearance of Marnie. You'd think that since Marnie was the 'opening victim', Jenny has a chance of making it. But after being chased through her house, she too meets her gruesome end.
21	* The fact that a normal everyday person could turn into a horrifying serial killer for fame is truly scary.
22	** Speaking of which, Jill is perhaps the most mental of all the Ghostfaces, as a [[AxCrazy demented]] [[TheSociopath sociopath]] who causes so much death for even so much as a ''[[AttentionWhore second]]'' in the spotlight. She kills her own mother, her accomplice and everyone in her way, largely ForTheEvulz, and also tries to go on another rampage out of ''[[VillainousBreakdown spite]]'' before she's killed.
23	* Olivia's death within plain sight of her friends while the [[PoliceAreUseless police are supposed to be right outside of the house keeping watch]], reinforcing that there is no such thing as "safe" in a horror film. Combine that with the fact that she got arguably the most brutal death in the entire series.
24	** There's also the fact that Jill and Kirby have to watch from the window, knowing that it'll be too late even if they run to help. Jill had reasons for not rushing to help but Kirby...
25	* Rebecca being attacked in a parking garage that's deserted. Definite ParanoiaFuel for how out in the open one can feel there, and how easy it would be for someone to ambush you.
