Zach Bryan is an American CountryMusic singer from Oklahoma. He started by uploading songs onto Platform/YouTube while serving in the US Navy, and these were successful enough that he started releasing albums independently, and these in turn were successful enough that he was offered a major label deal, and was able to give up the day job.

* AmericanTitle: ''American Heartbreak''
* {{Dedication}}: The album ''[=DeAnn=]'' is named after his late mother, who died in 2016.
* LikeParentLikeSpouse: "I Remember Everything" (a duet with Music/KaceyMusgraves) starts with "Do I remind you of your daddy in his '88 Ford?" and ends with "Do I remind you of your daddy in my '88 Ford?"
* PrecisionFStrike: Most of the songs on ''Zach Bryan'' contain one or two instances of "shit" or "shitty" or "fucked up." An example: "Holy Roller" starts as a radio-friendly duet, and stays that way until the final chorus, where the line "All the bad things that I've done" becomes "All the bad shit that I've done."
* SandInMyEyes: "I Remember Everything" has the line "The sand from your hair is blowing in my eyes/Blame it on the beach, grown men don't cry"
* SmallTownBoredom: "Oklahoma Smokeshow" is about a young woman stuck in "That small town bar scene/Where small vices kill your big dreams."
* TakeThat: ''All My Homies Hate Ticketmaster (Live from Red Rocks)''. Subtle.
