The ''Literature/{{Goosebumps}} Series 2000'' book where Luke and Lizzy Morris return to [=HorrorLand=], and find the terror's been ramped up.

It's been six months since the Morris family and Clay [[Literature/OneDayAtHorrorLand escaped HorrorLand]]. One day, the family is approached by paranormal investigators Derek and Margo Strange, who want to investigate [=HorrorLand=] and get proof of the evil happening there, but need the kids to come along in order to pose as a family. But as the five explore the park, Luke, Lizzy and Clay discover that [=HorrorLand=] has become even more dangerous than before.

!!This book provides examples of:

* AdultsAreUseless: Their parents just allow them to go with two strangers to [=HorrorLand=] without parental supervision. The Stranges give an excuse but that should make them more suspicious. The Stranges themselves aren't too helpful and [[spoiler: turn to be working for the Horrors]].
* ArbitrarySkepticism: Luke still assumes everything is fake in [=HorrorLand=] despite everything that he went through in the first book. He also laughs at the footage of Cuddles, claiming it's fake.
* TheCameo: Evan from the ''Literature/MonsterBlood'' saga has one at the start, appearing on a TV show and telling the story of his adventures with the Monster Blood. Later, Amaz-O from ''Literature/BadHareDay'' appears hosting a magic act.
* CelebrityResemblance: Margo and Derek Strange are noted as looking like Creator/GillianAnderson and Creator/TomSelleck.
* ChekhovsGun: At one point, Lizzy notices a shop that sells Horror costumes. She later uses them to disguise themselves.
* CirclingVultures: Invoked by the Vulture Beach attraction, where Luke and Clay are tied to poles and left for vultures to eat.
* CoversAlwaysLie: The cover depicts a purple Horror, while in the book they are all still green.
* DepravedDentist: One of the "rides" in [=HorrorLand=] is called "The Happy Tooth Game" where kids are basically mutilated by robot dentists.
* DressingAsTheEnemy: At one point the kids don Horror costumes to sneak past the Horrors.
* HereWeGoAgain: [[spoiler: They escape [=HorrorLand=] again but are taken to a place called Terrorville.]]
* ImAHumanitarian: The Horrors certainly put on the image of this, serving what appear to be real human fingers at one of their food carts.
* ReallyMovesAround: According to the Stranges, [=HorrorLand=] changes locations every few months.
* TitleDrop: In the line "Why did my brother Luke and I ''return to [=HorrorLand=]''?"
* TooDumbToLive: Luke, who seems to have forgotten that Horrors tried to murder his family and friend the last time they were there, and is quite eager to try out new rides knowing full well there's a good chance they're actually lethal.
* WeNeedToGetProof: Margo and Derek Strange tell the kids this is their goal -- to get evidence that the monsters in the park are real, so they can expose it and shut it down. [[spoiler: They're lying -- the Horrors hired them to find out if the kids would expose the park's secrets, and have the trio eliminated if they were proven to do so. Then ''another'' pair of reporters (for a show called "Weird Copy"), disguised as Horrors, rescue the kids and claim they were out to do the same thing, but for real. And they need the kids' help to do the same at another park called Terrorville.]]
