* In ''[[http://asylums.insanejournal.com/scans_daily/990722.html#cutid1 Gotham Adventures #26]]'', where Batman takes care of a baby. Knowing everyone wants the child and determining that there isn't anyplace or anyone else safe enough to leave the baby with[[note]]according to him, Ra's al Ghul ''does'' know where the Batcave is, whether or not he's seeking the baby, so Batman rules out just leaving the baby with Alfred[[/note]], Batman takes the baby with him on his outings, leading to a few [[Funny/TheBatmanAdventures funny moments]]. In order to protect the baby, Batman used his blood, tricking the FBI into thinking that it was the baby's blood. Batgirl asks him why risk his identity.
-->'''Batman''': If I had to choose between my identity becoming known or [the baby] having a normal life with his parents ... that's no choice at all.
** Famously, one scene in this story has Batman getting a whole gang of thugs to stand down by pointing out he is holding a baby, and that he will do terrible things if the baby is harmed. The heartwarming (and funny) part of this is when every single crook then immediately informs Batman he's holding the baby wrong and otherwise give him tips on how to care for the child better.
** And cue the very last panel, as Batman returns the baby to his parents and the baby's mother cries in relief and joy.
*** If you look carefully in the last panel, Batman placed a few wads of cash in the baby bag to help the family.
* ''Gotham Adventures #50'' intersperses the ongoing plot about a wounded Catwoman with flashbacks to Batman and Catwoman's past - one of which shows us that while Selina was on the lam, Batman swung by her apartment to [[PetTheDog feed her cats.]]
* ''Gotham Adventures #60'' is this and a big tearjerker. Seeing Bruce's new family all together and in good spirits just makes his isolation in ''Batman Beyond'' all the more difficult to watch.
* ''Batman Adventures #3'' proves that Joker really does love Harley after all. In an attempt to bring his old self back after he was pacified by therapy at Arkham, (when even trying to trigger his survival instinct didn't do it) Harley tells Joker that she always liked Batman more than him and she wants to be with ''him'' now. Joker responds: "*sniff* Well...if that's the way you feel...'''[[SuddenlyShouting THEN I'LL JUST HAVE TO RIP BATMAN'S LUNGS OUT THROUGH HIS EARS!!]]'''" then delivers a NoHoldsBarredBeatdown to ''BATMAN'', of all people. Batman still beats them, but all is back to normal by the end.
* ''Batman Adventures #15'' shows that Nora loves Freeze just as much as he loves her. (And ''that'' is saying something) "Victor, I won't give up hopeā€¦"
* The VillainousFriendship between Riddler and his henchmen in ''The Batman Adventures #10''.
* While Harley's Christmas party in ''The Adventures Continue'' mostly plays for laughs, along with the drama centered on Joker and the Ventriloquist, it's also actually touching to see Baby Doll [[EvilIsOneBigHappyFamily accepted in the Rogues' society, having a good time and laughing with them]] like a "normal" person.
** Harley's party is both a nice ContinuityCavalcade and a heartwarming event in general. The Rogues are just genuinely hanging out and celebrating the holidays, with highlights like Mad Hatter complimenting Scarecrow for slightly altering his costume to resemble the [[Literature/AChristmasCarol Ghost of Christmas Future]], Harley inviting Deadshot, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang from her "[[ComicBook/SuicideSquad work]]", and a few of the Rogues singing Christmas songs together.
** Arnold Wesker is still invited despite having been successfully rehabilitated. Harley even empathizes with him for having escaped a toxic relationship, and no one (Save Joker after he crashes the party) tries to hold him to his old Ventriloquist persona, instead just genuinely seeing him as an old friend despite him being out of the supervillainy game.
** There's one woman there who's not familiar with any of the villains, but still goes along with the party despite all the "eccentrics" and even hits it off with Arnold at the bar. When Harley asks who she is, Ivy admits she's the owner of the nursery where she buys plant food. [[PetTheDog Harley did tell her to invite friends]].
** Harley admits the main reason she threw the party in the first place was that, since most of the villains are on the run or otherwise estranged from their loved ones, she didn't want any of them to be alone during the holidays. This gets her a kiss from Ivy.
* "Knight Light", the backup story for the 13th issue of the 2003 ''Batman Adventures'' series, is a wordless story where all dialogue is given through pictures about a father who puts his son to bed. Not long after the father has left the bedroom, Copperhead bursts in, but is quickly taken out by Batman. After the scuffle is done, the father asks his son if he needs a glass of water, his Superman doll or his night light to sleep. The son replies that he doesn't need any of those things and the last panel is of the child sleeping peacefully while the Batsignal shines outside his window.
* Season Three of ''The Adventures Continue'' ends with Batman assuring Robin he had no chance of falling for Ra's al Ghul's proposal because of Ra's attempting to bribe him with something Bruce Wayne lacks, but Batman already has: a family.
