!!The Movie
* The first we see of Junior has him seem haughty, flippant if not a bit jokey. However, when Tulip thanks Junior for wishing her happy birthday, still upset that her homemade rocket pack accidentally caused an explosion in the warehouse, Junior can't bring himself to fire Tulip directly. Whether that's her girlish charm or his own conscience (or both), it's still heartwarming that he wasn't willing to kick Tulip when she was down at the time.
* Tulip's motherly instincts kicking in, as illustrated by her flashing back through the entire history of motherhood with various mothers protecting their babies. The cause of her maternal instincts awakening was the sound of Diamond Destiny crying and Tulip frantically scrambles to the compartment holding the baby because she could no longer ignore her cries.
* The Gardner parents realizing that they only have a few years left to meaningfully bond with Nate before he leaves home (thanks, in part, to some shameless guilt-slinging from Nate) and deciding to spend the weekend ignoring work and practically demolishing their house to humor Nate's insistence that a stork will be delivering a baby brother.
* After escaping the wolves and resting for the night, Tulip explains to Junior that part of why she agreed to fly out and find the baby's family was so she might find her own. In response, Junior reassures Tulip that he is sure that she will find her family.
* The penguins, Junior, and Tulip make sure to be quiet while engaged in fighting. Why? Because they don't want to wake the baby.
* The wide variety of parents, including interracial couples, same-sex couples, a few single mothers, a single father, and one couple where the mother appears to be paraplegic, whom we briefly see when the storks resume delivering babies. This can be seen [[https://imgur.com/gallery/qOafh7U In this GIF]].
* Junior and Tulip telling Diamond Destiny that they love her and always will as they give her away to the Gardner family. Jasper's decision to keep Tulip, as rash and damaging it was, is much more understandable when it's seen how much the storks come to care for the babies they have to deliver. Every delivery is heartbreak, and until Jasper, storks did it every time.
** When Junior finally delivers Diamond Destiny, he sees her future flash before his eyes, from Nate and his parents playing with her, to her graduation, to her wedding day. Nate also seems unimpressed... until she literally hits the baby bottle way into the adjoining garden.
* The final scene of the movie: Every stork, robin, flightless bird, and even the ''wolves'' come to see Tulip finally return to her intended home. After answering the door, Tulip sees that her birth family is huge, and some even look like the fictional personalities she made up when she was lonely. And what does she get on arrival? An enormous family hug.
--> '''Junior:''' Alright guys, we delivered her.
** And before he can walk off, Tulip drags Junior into the group hug, to assure him that he's also a part of her family.
--> '''Tulip:''' You love it.
** If you look closely at the last scene, the group hug with Tulip's family takes on the shape of a heart!
* In the end, the film is about a company that has lost its heart and now the company gets its heart back.
