Unfortunately, she has an accident ''right'' before she can make it to the toilet.
44* Near the beginning of ''Hunger Point'', Franny binges on cookies after trying to stick to eating vegetables, causing her stomach to gurgle due to overeating. Thanks to her mother's overbearing standards for healthy eating, these binges are a somewhat frequent occurrence for her.
45* In ''I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell'', Tucker and Connie drink beer with ''laxatives'' at a bar by some girls who got harassed by Tucker and wanted revenge on him. 46* In ''Film/JackAndJill'', Jill's stomach growls five times when talking to Felipe after eating a bunch of chimichangas, which caused her to have a horrible case of gas, followed by diarrhea.

After that, his stomach growls and rumbles obnoxiously, and then at the top of the coaster, he barfs all over Judy, much to her horror.
48* Happens to Marley near the beginning of ''A Little Bit of Heaven''.
49* In ''Film/LittleMan'', Calvin drinks an ''entire'' bottle of castor oil to help him release a diamond, that he swallowed earlier in the film, out of his system. It hilariously backfires with his stomach rumbling very loudly multiple times before he craps himself.
50* In ''Film/KnivesOut'', Marta physically can not handle telling lies and will violently puke when she tries, which is often heralded by the loud gurgling of her upset stomach.
51* In ''The Man (2005)'', Andy Fiddler's stomach growls four times after eating red meat, including steak ''twice'' in Agent Derrick Vann's car and in the elevator at near the end of the movie, much to Vann's disgust.
52* In ''Film/AMillionWaysToDieInTheWest'', Anna tricks Foy [[LaxativePrank into drinking a glass of scotch with laxatives]]. When he invites Louise to stay at his place, his stomach grumbles and goes to the bathroom. The next day, when he's about to face-off with Albert, Foy's stomach grumbles again, and uses a guy's hat to crap in it.
53* In ''Film/Movie43'', Doug's stomach gurgles and rumbles obnoxiously in the segment ''The Proportion'' after drinking a large meal and drinking a bottle of laxatives, ''definitely'' not a good idea for him to do to impress Julie.

In Mexico, tap water isn't recommended for drinking.[[/note]] Her stomach noisily gurgles a bunch of times as she rushes back to the hotel to use the bathroom. However, she can’t get in since the room is being cleaned and, as a result, ends up [[PottyFailure crapping her pants]].

63* The Dutch film ''Beyond Sleep'' does an interesting variation of this: in one scene, Alfred has a dream in which he climbs a hilly landscape while the faint sounds of breathing and heart beats can be heard. He walks over to a hole in the ground where he hears running water and begins digging, each strike of his pickax causing the ground beneath him to audibly slosh for some reason. The hilly landscape turns out to be [[spoiler:a [[{{Fanservice}} naked]] GiantWoman and [[ThatsNoMoon the area where he was digging was her gurgling stomach]]]].
