1	* The opening scene when Kalimba attempted to hypnotize Donkey Kong. At first, he's confused by what he's doing and does an AsideGlance, but after a second failed attempt, he gives it a SlasherSmile and promptly kicks his butt. Cue the beginning of the first stage, where DK promptly [[CurbStompBattle sends the Tiki enemy flying]].
2	* Mugly's unconsciousness sequence, in which it essentially does three poses before falling.
3	* There's also a rocket barrel level where you end up being attacked by bats. Near the end of the level, a giant bat bursts through the floor and roars at you. In response, DK just gives him an annoyed wave off and gets back to flying. When it starts chasing him at the end, he {{face palm}}s. It's a little touch that's completely hilarious.
4	* The boss of the Factory (World 7) is hilarious in itself. Named Colonel Pluck and the Stompybot 3000, it's a chicken piloting a ''literal'' ChickenWalker mecha.
5	* In general, Cranky Kong is hilarious, whether that is the sounds that he makes or the quotes that he says. Here are a few examples:
6	** ''What's the matter? [[LeaningOnTheFourthWall Waste all your coins on video games?]]''
7	** ''Don't have enough Banana Coins? I wish I could say I was surprised.''
8	** ''Aww...Poor little monkey is all out of money.''
9	** ''You know where you can find more Banana Coins? Everywhere.''
10	** ''Come back when you have some more coins, sonny.''
11	** ''Come back with fistfuls of Banana Coins or don't come back at all!''
12	* The ending cutscene has [[spoiler:Donkey Kong launched into space from the Tiki Tong tower. Falling back to Earth, he gets the genius idea where he punches the moon, which falls onto the tower, crushing it, then the volcano springs the moon back into orbit as it rains bananas all over the island.]] Yes, that was a thing that happened.
