3	''Satan's Little Helper'' is a 2004 independent horror movie (with some {{black comedy}} elements) written and directed by Jeff Lieberman.

5	It's [[UsefulNotes/AllHallowsEve Halloween]], and Dougie is eager to see his older sister return from college so they can go trick or treating. How ever, she's brought her new boyfriend Alex along. Upset with this, Dougie goes off to find Satan for help, since his parents have bought him a game called "Satan's Little Helper", believing that his evil master will aid him. He seems to have gotten his wish, since he runs into a {{serial killer}} in a demonic mask.

10	* AbhorrentAdmirer: Retroactively regarding Jenna's thoughts towards Satan Man. When she thought he was Alex, she let him fondle her and found his sudden perverse attitude strange but also somewhat thrilling. Upon learning that wasn't her boyfriend who touched her, she horrified and disgusted.
11	* AbusiveParents: Alex's dad is physically and emotionally abusive.
12	* AmbiguouslyHuman: Even by serial killer standards, Satan Man is ''off''. He never speaks, his face is never seen, [[spoiler: he somehow manages to kill an entire police station full of officers off-screen]], and at one point, he shoots his own hand, without showing the slightest bit of discomfort.
13	* AttemptedRape: After letting "Alex" fondle her, Jenna decides she's having too much fun and asks to stop. However, "Alex" isn't finished and choke holds, not finished with her thinking it's her boyfriend. Before he can do anything else, Dougie comes in and he's forced to let her go an act as if it was a joke. Thinking he's overdoing it, she plays along and seductively tells him to "keep it in his britches for now".

29	* FauxAffablyEvil: When around Dougie or his family, "Satan Man" acts fun, charming and friendly. When with Jenna, he acts romantic, if somewhat still perverted, when she believes it's Alex in the mask. When they see his true colors, he drops all the friendliness.
30	* ForTheEvulz: Satan Man's sole motivation, as far as we can tell, is to kill people and cause chaos for no other reason than because he enjoys it.
31	* HeelFaceTurn: Well, "heel" is subjective in this case, but after Satan Man [[spoiler: kills Dougie's father]], Dougie [[spoiler: takes off his Satan mask and stomps on it, then prays to God for help]]. Too bad [[spoiler: the killer has abandoned his Satan costume for a Jesus costume and tricks Dougie with it.]]
32	* IHaveYouNowMyPretty: Because Jenna thinks he's Alex in disguise, Satan Man decides to take advantage and gets intimate with her. She plays along and enjoys it, until later learning it wasn't Alex who groped her.
33	* IndirectKiss: Letting Satan Man fondle her while thinking it's Alex, Jenna attempts to kiss him. The mask covers his mouth with fake teeth, meaning she's kissing his mask. She tries to take it off so she can kiss him for real, but he refuses to avoid her finding out he's not Alex.
34	* InsaneTrollLogic: Whenever Satan Man kills somebody in front of him, Dougie dismisses it as being fake, but still acknowledges how real it looks. And Satan Man decides [[SureLetsGoWithThat to just roll with that]].

38	* MsFanservice: Jenna, played by the beautiful Creator/KatherynWinnick, spends the majority of the movie in a revealing "renaissance wench" costume. This is apparently true in-universe as well, seeing as how her own brother seems to have a [[FatherIWantToMarryMyBrother weird incestuous crush on her]] and says that he's going to marry her.
39	* MurderSimulators: Dougie's behavior all starts for a video game sharing its title with the movie, which made him idolize Satan.
40	* OhCrap: [[spoiler:Jenna when she realizes the man in outfit, who she left in charge of her brother and let grope her, isn't Alex.]]
41	* OohMeAccentsSlipping: Jenna attempts a "medieval" accent for her costume. It slides back and forth between an exaggerated British accent and an American southern one.
42	* OutOfCharacterMoment: When Jenna asks Dougie and Satan Man to go to the store and buy candy, she does it in an old time, medieval way of speaking. Normally acting perverted, AxCrazy and mysterious, Satan Man acts the same as Dougie, shrugging in confusion.

44	* RedHerring: Early during the movie, news reports about one of Jenna's old classmates, Billy, was wanted for arson. One would think he is the killer in the mask. However, [[spoiler:his identity is never revealed]].
45	* RefugeInAudacity: Satan Man does not comprehend subtlety. He [[BadPeopleAbuseAnimals kills a cat]], then [[CouldntFindAPen uses its blood]] to paint the word "BOO" on the front porch. Later, he steals a bunch of candy and knives, then proceeds to stab the clerk who tried to confront him, ''throw his body in the dumpster,'' hit a pregnant woman, a baby, and a blind man with a shopping cart in the parking lot, then hangs an old woman on her front porch. Later in the movie, it's shown the he carved a smiley face on [[spoiler:Nicole's]] breasts and stomach, using her nipples as the eyes. At the end, [[spoiler:having assumed the identity of a cop and Dougie giving him permission to come into the house, he spray paints an extra "6" on the house number, [[NumberOfTheBeast which was 66]].]]
46	* {{Sadist}}: The Satan Man just shows up and starts killing people, including a baby and an old woman, with no rhyme or reason behind it beyond a love of chaos.

53	* TheSpook: We know absolutely ''nothing'' about "Satan." We never see his face, hear him speak, or learn anything about his motives. For all we know, he really ''could'' be Satan.

56	* UncertainDoom: [[spoiler:We don't learn what exactly happens to Dougie, Jenna or their mother, as the film cuts to black once Satan Man enter their home once more]].
57	* TheUnreveal: We don't see the Satan Man's face or learn his real name. [[spoiler:From his cop disguise at the end, he can see he is Caucasian and brunette. For all we know, he very well might be Satan himself]].

While Satan Man has no qualms with killing anyone for his own amusement, he takes Dougie's request to [[spoiler:"rip [his father's] guts out"]] literally, and very likely [[spoiler:[[DownerEnding kills him and his entire family at the end]] [[NiceJobBreakingItHero when he invites him]] — [[ImpersonatingAnOfficer disguised as a cop]] — [[NiceJobBreakingItHero into their house]].]]
59	* UnusuallyUninterestingSight: Alex somehow thinks Satan Man might be his father in a costume (as there's an implication he might have seen him inside his father's house), because he nods positively after being asked "Dad?". And he really thinks it even after taking Alex's pistol and does, well, in the man's own words:
60	-->He could've killed me when he had the chance. Instead he took the gun, and he shot his own hand and then handed it back to me just to humiliate me, to show me he can keep on doing it forever.
61	* TheVoiceless: "Satan Man" never speaks. He implies that he can, but just doesn't. When he's with Jenna it's justified, since they were getting intimate with each other and hearing him speak a different voice would have ruined the moment.
