''Robot Holocaust'' was a 1986 post-apocalyptic yarn by director Tim Kincaid, who was mainly a director of Gay porn films. It involves a world in the far-future after [[RobotWar "The Great Robot Rebellion of '33"]], in which most of humanity & human civilization are wiped out. All that's left is a city called "New Terra" (played here by a fully functional New York City), which is ruled by the [[TheGhost mysterious]] [[TheBigBad Dark One]]. The remaining humans become his "Air Slaves" and are forced to fuel the power station that keeps the Dark One alive & in charge. The Dark One has the power to clean the poisoned air and uses this as a means to control the "Air Slaves".

The film itself is horribly done with cheap, cheesy sets, no-name actors, horrible acting, poorly-written plot and script and bad special effects. It was the first modern, color film to be shown on the television cult classic comedy, ''Series/MysteryScienceTheater3000'' (barring the KTMA episodes) in one of the more memorable episodes of the First Season. For the said episode see [[Recap/MysteryScienceTheater3000S01E10RobotHolocaust here]].

!!Robot Holocaust provides these Tropes:

* AttackOfTheMonsterAppendage: The "Beast of the Web" evidently consists of a single articulated leg that flops up and down at its prey.
* BarbarianHero: Kai is this with a bit of TheBigGuy & TheSpeechless.
* TheBigBad: The Dark One.
* BigNo: Bray lets one out when Haim [[spoiler: is killed by the mutants]].
* CassandraTruth: Valeria tells The Dark One that the power source has been compromised but the latter doesn't believe her (despite being dependent on said energy...again, the screenplay is poorly thought out).
* ConceiveAndKill: What the Amazons had planned for Kai before Neo and his bunch came waltzing through. They overpower and kidnap a guy, cut out his tongue, gang-rape him to get themselves pregnant then kill him.
* DoesNotLikeMen: Nyla. Comes with being an Amazon and all.
* DullSurprise: Jorn takes this to a whole other level. [[spoiler: Even when confronted by the Dark One's true form, the most he can muster up is looking like he has slight indigestion.]]
* DwindlingParty: Little by little, the group of protagonists end up in the [[WentToTheGreatXInTheSky Big B-Movie in the Sky.]]
* ElectricInstantGratification: The "Pleasure Chamber", where Valeria stands around and [[FanService shows us her boobies]]. She [[DullSurprise doesn't appear to be getting much pleasure out of it]], even though the Dark One reprimands her for using it as a habitat instead of a reward.
* ElectricTorture: Valeria inflicts this on Jorn. Valaria also gets this briefly a couple of times from The Dark One.
* {{Expy}}: Klyton... world's most annoying [=C3PO=] clone.
* TheHeavy: Torque, the Dark One's other main henchman... a big mean robot who resembles an anthropomorphic lobster man.
* IAmAHumanitarian: The mutants roaming "The Wastelands", they [[spoiler: have Haim for a nice snack.]]
* KidnappedScientist: Jorn, which sets off the plot.
* MercyKill: [[spoiler: Jorn's fate, which also kills the Dark One in the process. Jorn's half-eaten but barely alive but it's impossible to save him at that point (most of his body is likely dissolved but not enough to stop Jorn from telling Deeja & Neo to kill him)]].
* MrFanservice: Kai the mute barbarian. The wrestlers in the beginning may also qualify.
* MsFanservice: Valeria wears a variety of skimpy outfits and even has a gratuitous topless scene.
* NeckLift: Torque does this to Neo during their battle near the end.
* NonindicativeName: With a name like the Dark One, you might think of a MadeOfEvil EldritchAbomination or an insane MasterComputer in keeping with the RobotWar. [[spoiler: Instead we have a seedpod type thing...it's unclear.]]
* OurZombiesAreDifferent: The mutants.
* {{Phlebotinum}}: The anti-air-toxin gizmo that Jorn & Deeja invent.
* PlantAliens: [[spoiler: The Dark One...we think.]]
* PluckyComicRelief: Klyton is meant to be this but comes off more as royally annoying.
* TheQuisling: ZigZagged, Valeria looks like she's sold out the human race just to get access to ElectricInstantGratification, but then it turns out [[spoiler: she's a robot.]]
* TheReveal: Valeria [[spoiler: turns out to be a robot.]]
** Jorn [[spoiler: is eaten by The Dark One, who's apparently a triffid-like thing, giving the appearance of Jorn becoming an avocado-man.]]
* RobotGirl: [[spoiler: Valaria.]]
* {{Room101}}: "The Room Of Questions", "The Tortures Of The Damned" and other stupidly-named stuff.
* TheSpeechless: Kai, due to having his tongue cut out by the Amazons.
* TheStoic: Neo, TheHero & Jorn...and both are acted so woodenly that they seem comatose.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Roan & Korla. Bray & Haim.
* TheThunderdome: The film opens with two guys wrestling to the death...[[{{Padding}} but it's not very thrilling.]]
* TongueTrauma: Why Kai, the hunky be-loinclothed barbarian the gang rescues, is a mute.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: Kai is spends the entire film in a dinky loincloth.
** Also, some of the guys at the Air Slave's place, especially the big hunky wrestler guys clobbering each other in the beginning of the film.
* WeCanRuleTogether: In a futile effort to beg for mercy [[spoiler: The Dark One says this verbatim]].
* WeHaveWaysOfMakingYouTalk: The Dark One wants to know the secret of Jorn's invention, so Jorn is kidnapped and tortured & Valeria threatens to do the same to Deeja. Jorn still doesn't budge.
* WhatTheHellIsThatAccent: Valeria. She has some kind of European-sounding accent combined with a lisp. [[TheUnintelligible She's nearly impossible to understand]] [[spoiler:even more so with the mechanically processed voice she has when it's revealed she's a robot]].
