However, they also found Ol' Pitchfork and were rushing him to the hospital when, after an injection from the paramedics, Ol' Pitchfork wakes up, murders the paramedics, and makes the rest of the way to the hospital on foot.

15	* BloodFromTheMouth: One officer starts spitting up loads of blood when Ol' Pitchfork stabs him in the throat with his Ol' namesake.
16	* DamselInDistress: Amanda becomes this when Ol' Pitchfork catches her.
17	* FacialHorror: Ol' Pitchfork kills one of the hospital orderlies by pressing his face against a scalding hot pipe. When he manages to get his face away for a brief moment, we see his flesh has started to melt against the pipe's surface.
