5	The basic premise is that Taylor grew up as a fan of cheesy villains, and when she triggers with a ridiculously powerful Tinker shard she decides that what the world (and Brockton Bay) really needs is a new, classier type of villain. She spends most of her time ChewingTheScenery while enacting plots that range from ridiculous (turn every piece of chocolate in town into broccoli) to actually helpful (placing ten tons of pure gold on the dance floor at a charity ball in order to interfere with the dancing).
