1	A series of fanfictions about WesternAnimation/SpaceChickensInSpace so far featuring[[https://www.fanfiction.net/s/14129875/1/Glargg-and-Chuck-Father-and-Son Glargg and Chuck: Father and Son]] and it's sequel [[https://www.fanfiction.net/s/14130729/1/Brian-My-Brother Brian My Brother]]. Chuck is being more disobedient than before and this makes Glargg angrier and stricter, not realizing his methods are pushing Chuck away from him. In the sequel, Glargg is exposed for being a fraud principal, the chickens are unsure how to process.

5	* AbusiveParents: Glargg is implied to be unloved by his mother, Florpna, with her favoring his brother over him. He promised if he ever had kids he wouldn't allow them to feel unloved. He ends up breaking that promise.
6	* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Subverted. Glargg's soft spot for the chickens is more obvious, but he still shouts and screams at them and threatens to punish Chuck.
7	* AdaptationalVillainy: Sweet Skulls, while evil in the cartoon didn't attempt murder. But she almost threatened to kill Chuck.
8	* AdultsAreUseless: The bullying towards Chuck goes under the staff's noses. Glargg finally fixes this at the end.
9	* AerithAndBob: Like in the show, Glargg has a made up name while his brother Brian has a common human name. Their mother Florpna has an abnormal name as well.
10	* AesopAmnesia: This story addresses how Chuck never learns from his mistakes and the others are not pleased about it.
11	* AngerBornOfWorry: Like in the show, Glargg yells at Chuck a lot. However here it's partially because he worries about him. Example being when he's runs away for the the umpteenth time and almost gets murdered by the enemies Glargg yells at him to never run away again.
12	* AnnoyingYoungerSibling: Chuck still annoys his siblings with his petty pranks, AesopAmnesia, and tendency to put himself in danger.
13	* AttentionWhore: Chuck reveals to run away more than before for attention, especially from Glargg, even if he gets in trouble for it.
14	* BreakingTheCycleOfBadParenting: Downplayed, Glargg uses some of his mother's methods to raise the chickens after he is forced to care for them. He singles out Chuck like his own mother did with him. However, unlike Florpna he realizes how much he hurt him and promises to be a better father.

16	** Chuck is still snarky and careless, but he listens more to avoid consequences.
17	** Glargg still loses his temper and yells sometimes, but he softens up and becomes more playful towards the chickens.
18	* CruelToBeKind: Missy states her mother was hard on her because she was worried about her future.
19	* DarkerAndEdgier; This involves more serious moments and themes than the cartoon, Chuck almost gets killed twice and it tackles the subject of ParentsAsPeople.
20	* FalselyReformedVillain: Sweet Skulls easily convinces Chuck she has changed, but she plays the same tricks of trying to take over the academy.
21	* FearOfThunder: Chuck is terrified of thunder, more than his siblings, Glargg says he can conquer storms, but he lied just to sound better than his brother, it turned out he was almost as scared as Chuck.
22	* {{Foil}}: Glargg to his own mother, Florpna. She owned the academy before he did and taught him under very strict rules. Both are harshest on one particular student, she was harsh on Glargg, while Glargg himself was harsh on Chuck. However, Glargg loves Chuck deep down whilst Florpna has no love for her son.
23	* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: Glargg was horribly abused by Florpna and he realizes he hasn't treated Chuck fairly. However, he knows that it's no excuse, even if his actions are not as bad as hers.
24	* FriendlyTickleTorture: Chuck gets "punished" by his siblings and Glargg, they tickle him.
25	* GoToYourRoom: Chuck is told to go to his quarters by Glargg.
26	* HatesTheirParent: Glargg hates his mother so much he screams louder than usual when he's compared to her.
27	* HighPressureEmotion: Glargg has steam coming out of his nostrils twice when he's angry.
28	* HostageForMacguffin: Glargg is forced to join the villains or else they will kill Chuck. Glargg attempts to backstab them once he thinks Chuck is safe, out of disgust for them.
29	* IAmNotMyFather: Glargg explodes in anger when Marigold worries he's acting like his mother Florpna with how he treats Chuck.
30	* IHaveNoSon: Glargg is implied to be disowned by his mother when Glargg compares and contrasts his relationship with Chuck.
31	* JerkassToOne: Chuck notes Glargg is harsher to him than Starley and Finley.
32	* NoIndoorVoice: Glagg, just like in the show yells a lot.
33	* PapaWolf: Even before he improves, Glargg gets angry at Sweet Skulls for using Chuck twice and threatens her if she comes near him or another student again. When Chuck is kidnapped almost murdered, Glargg beats up the villains before taking him back.
34	* ParentalAbandonment: Chuck states he and his siblings were looked after by the staff, mostly Glargg due to having no parents.
35	* ParentalFavoritism: Glargg states his mother played favorites with him and his brother Brian.
36	* ParentsAsPeople: Glargg is technically responsible for the chickens, but is overly strict with them, especially Chuck due to disliking his rebellious nature and worrying about losing him. He softens up after learning Chuck runs away because of him.
37	* RelatedInTheAdaptation: In this story, Glargg is stated to be the chickens' main adopted guardian.
38	* TheRunaway: Chuck runs away three times due being overly emotional.
39	* SavageWolves: Spindlywolves, two limbed-bipedal wolves who are aggressive and one almost eats Chuck.
40	* ThirdPersonPerson: Like in the show Glargg speaks in the third person, rarely even using any pronouns.

53	* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Glargg reveals himself to secretly want to take over the world and he stranded his brother on an asteroid. However, he still deeply cares for the chickens, requesting that they be looked after.
54	* EvenEvilHasStandards: Glargg leaves unlimited food and water for Brian when he banished him.
55	* FreudianExcuse: Glargg excuses his actions by saying Brian was the favorite.
56	* ParentalFavoritism: Like in the show Glargg feels small because his brother was favored more.
