* Cameron from ''Series/TerminatorTheSarahConnorChronicles''. She looks like a perfectly benign, cute, harmless teenager.... right up until [[SuperStrength she rips the door off a car, punches through a solid concrete wall]] [[ThereWasADoor (she could have gone through the door, but the wall was faster)]], [[ImmuneToBullets wade through torrents of gunfire]], [[SuperToughness and isn't even harmed when she's crushed between two big trucks.]]
* Rommie, the Andromeda Ascendant's [[RobotGirl android avatar]] from ''[[Series/{{Andromeda}} Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda]]'': A petite brunette shown capable of taking on multiple super-strong Nietzscheans.
* Jo [=McCormick=] from ''Series/BigBadBeetleborgs'' fits this perfectly (especially since she's a pre-adolescent girl).
* River Tam of ''Series/{{Firefly}}''. Basically she's a genius girl of about seventeen who is insanely talented in every single thing imaginable, and starts out very innocent-looking until she suddenly beats up multiple enemies at once with her crazy martial-arts-style moves. On top of that, due to experimentation done on her by [[TheEmpire the government]], she is mentally unstable, usually being very calm and soft-spoken until something sets her off (and we don't always know what that something will be). This is most obvious in TheMovie, ''Film/{{Serenity}}'', when she first beats up a whole bar full of enemies, and later when she locks herself in a room with a bunch of crazed zombie-like people, just one of whom could kill several ordinary people, and kills them all.
* ''Franchise/{{Buffyverse}}'':
** Series/{{Buffy|The Vampire Slayer}}. Her, and every other Slayer. This trope was the very concept behind the show.
** And every non-slayer chick in the Buffyverse after [[TookALevelInBadass taking multiple levels in badass]]. Cordelia is by far the biggest example, but Dawn, Fred and Willow might also qualify.
** Connor has all the strength of a vampire, packed into a skinny-ass teen.
* Djaq from the 2006 BBC version of ''Series/RobinHood''.
* Jenny, "She-Force" from IPTV's ''Series/NoHeroics.''
* ''Series/ICarly'':
** While not a superheroine/villainess, Sam Puckett is widely acknowledged as the toughest kid of either gender in her school, took down a bully twice her size and ripped the chain lock off a door when in pursuit of Freddie in "iKiss". She was towing a kid heavier than herself at a full run at the time and wasn't out of breath. Of course in both cases cited she was in UnstoppableRage mode at the time but still. As for the cute part, she's a teen and when she cleans up is quite easy on the eyes. However, asking her out may result in having your thumb broken...just ask [[TheWoobie Gibby]]
** Shelby. Described by one male character as ''smoking hot'', yet still somehow adorably cute, and by a female character by something along the lines of, "I'm sure your butt is super cute." And she's a world class mixed martial arts fighter.
* Macy Misa on ''Series/{{Jonas}}'' is very cute and petite and acts very girly but she also plays for every sport the school has (basketball, football, hockey, baseball, ''bowling'') and has enough brute strength to be considered TheBigGuy in their FiveManBand.
* Male Example: Wyatt Halliwell from ''Series/{{Charmed|1998}}''. Seriously, as a kid he's able to fight demons already. And the one time we see him fight as a young man he looks like one of the Backstreet Boys but is the destined [[spoiler:wielder of Excalibur]] and wipes out an entire room full of upper level demons just by raising his hands.
* ''Series/{{Supernatural}}'' has an episode revolving around an actual, working wishing well. One of the wishers was a small boy who was being bullied. He got super-strength, along with [[BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor a bad temper]].
* ''Series/KamenRiderDenO'' gives us Hana, who when her natural age looked quite cute and unassuming, got even cuter after she got reduced to a child. However, she's got SuperStrength and isn't afraid to use it. To show the extent of it, she punched Momotaros threw the side of the Denliner without even trying.
* ''Series/{{Smallville}}'''s Tess Mercer is a DarkActionGirl who does not believe in WaifFu. Most other girls on the show dance around their opponents and use a lot of kicks. Tess prefers to just punch you in the face.
* ''Franchise/SuperSentai'' usually has one of these among it's yearly cast. Typically female.
** ''Series/ChoujinSentaiJetman'' has Ako, a high school student-athlete who is brash at times but can be very emotional when it comes to her teddy bear and her true love Dan.
** ''Series/DenjiSentaiMegaranger'' has Miku, a high school student that can be a big eater and would even hate homework a ot of times just like Kenta making them good friends.
** Nanami from ''Series/NinpuuSentaiHurricaneger'' is a ninja dreaming of being a pop-star one day while managing her fights and battles.
** ''Series/TokusouSentaiDekaranger'' has Umeko, a tiny girl who loves bubble baths but is also a major spitfire when she wants to be.
** Natsuki from ''Series/GoGoSentaiBoukenger'' is [[ManChild childish]] and [[ThirdPersonPerson speaks in third person]], but her designation within the team is the "strong adventurer."
** Saki from ''Series/EngineSentaiGoOnger'' can turn from excessively chipper to surprisingly aggressive at the drop of a hat.
** ''Series/SamuraiSentaiShinkenger'' and ''Series/TensouSentaiGoseiger'' both gave a cute girl [[DishingOutDirt rock powers]].
** Yoko from ''Series/TokumeiSentaiGoBusters'' is a 16-year-old teenage girl who has incredible kicking power and would even have a sharp tongue. She can even be a sweet tooth.
** Kagura from ''Series/ResshaSentaiToqger'' can defeat her enemies by using her imaginations and using it against them.
** ''Series/ShurikenSentaiNinninger'' has Fuuka that can be energetic an optimistic at times. Like her brother, she is just like a fireball but she can sometimes be disgusted by her brother's actions sometimes with his airheadedness personality.
* ''Series/{{Sherlock}}'': John is ''definitely'' adorable and short, being 5'7, though he's older than Sherlock. But [[BewaretheNiceOnes mess with his friend]] and you're screwed. He ''kicked two villain asses'' and threatened death on one of them. [[BadassAdorable And look adorable while doing it.]] ''Not a survivable move if a detective's being messed with.'' Mess with him, and be prepared to get killed by a mild-mannered doctor.
* Caroline from ''Series/TheVampireDiaries''. A lot stronger and tougher than she looks once she becomes a vampire, and cute as hell.
%% * Juliet from ''Series/WizardsOfWaverlyPlace''.
* Moze in ''Series/NedsDeclassifiedSchoolSurvivalGuide'', though, like Sam Puckett (mentioned above), she's not a superheroine. She's cute-looking and easy on the eyes, but she's beaten up Ned and Cookie multiple times, shoved Ned against a locker during her "anger" phase of the FiveStagesOfGrief when she lost her backpack, flipped [[TheBully Loomer]] and was able to send him and his posse running just by ''threatening'' to beat them up, and was able to beat up the entire boy's wrestling team without breaking a sweat.
* Alara from ''Series/TheOrville'', being an alien from a planet with much higher gravity than Earth, which makes her strong enough to smash through doors and walls and punch people across the room.
* Any female [[Franchise/PowerRangers Yellow Power Ranger]] fits the description. In fact, they represent of being the [[TomboyAndGirlyGirl Tomboy to the Pink Ranger's Girly Girl]].
** Trini Kwan from ''Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers'' is the first and foremost example. She is a sports enthusiast and [[IKnowKungFu knows about Kung Fu]], enabling her to kick bad guy butt with the rest of the team.
** Maya from ''Series/PowerRangersLostGalaxy'' may look like a JunglePrincess living in the planet known as Mirinoi, but when she gets into a fight, she looks strong and tough compared to the rest of the team who are all humans.
** Kelsey Winslow from ''Series/PowerRangersLightspeedRescue'' is introduced as an athletic person who likes to do a lot of sports, including rock climbing. No wonder she got recruited into the team to fight demons, and she's very good at it.
** Kira Ford from ''Series/PowerRangersDinoThunder'' may be the only girl in the team, but she has proven herself to be a capable fighter in her own right.
** Cassie Chan from ''Series/PowerRangersTurbo'' and ''Series/PowerRangersInSpace'' is the only Pink Ranger so far to fit this trope due to the fact that she's a tomboy, unlike most of the Pink Rangers.
* ''[[Series/WonderWoman1975 Wonder Woman]]'': Creator/LyndaCarter was 37-25-36 and 125 pounds when she played Wonder Woman. And Wonder Woman stopped tanks with her bare hands ("Anschluss '77"), caught fired bakooza shells in mid air ("Beauty on Parade"), threw grown men three stories up a building ("The Man Who Could Not Die"), and threw robots across the desert ("The Return of Wonder Woman"). She's both cute and a bruiser.
