4	Kerry Washington (born January 31, 1977 in New York City, New York) is an American actress. She is best known for her role in ''Series/Scandal2012'', a Creator/ShondaRhimes drama series that ran on ABC from 2012-2018, in which Washington played Olivia Pope, a former crisis management expert to the President. She is also known for her roles as Music/RayCharles's wife, Della Bea Robinson, in the film ''Film/{{Ray}} ''(2004), as Idi Amin's wife Kay in ''Film/TheLastKingOfScotland'', and as Alicia Masters, love interest of Ben Grimm/The Thing in the live-action ''Film/FantasticFourDuology'' films of [[Film/FantasticFour2005 2005]] and [[Film/FantasticFourRiseOfTheSilverSurfer 2007]]. She has also starred in the critically acclaimed independent films ''Our Song'' and ''The Dead Girl'' and in Creator/QuentinTarantino's ''Film/DjangoUnchained''.
