3	Julie Lemieux (born December 4, 1962) is a Canadian voice actress born in [[IDontLikeTheSoundOfThatPlace Asbestos]], Quebec. If you've watched any cartoons or anime dubs from Canada produced in Toronto, then you've probably heard her voice ''at least'' once.

5	Having been active in voice acting since approximately the early 90s (and one who is still highly active to this day), Julie Lemieux is one of the most renowned names in the Toronto voice acting pool. Her versatile range has allowed her to voice a huge variety of characters from little girls and old ladies to comical heroines and fearsome villainesses. However, her main forte is voicing [[CrossDressingVoices young boys]], such as Usagi Tsukino's little brother Shingo in Creator/DiC's dub of ''Manga/SailorMoon'', the eponymous bear of Creator/{{Nelvana}}'s AnimatedAdaptation of ''WesternAnimation/{{Rupert}}'', the title character of ''Series/{{Wilbur}}'', Tony Clark in ''WesternAnimation/TheAmazingSpiez'', and Hunter Steele in Creator/CookieJarEntertainment's dub of ''Anime/SpiderRiders'' (to name a few notable ones). But that's not to say that she doesn't voice many female characters; indeed, she's also well known for voicing Runo Misaki in the ''Anime/{{Bakugan}}'' franchise, Kelly and Josee in ''WesternAnimation/TotalDramaPresentsTheRidonculousRace'', Renee Ratelle in ''WesternAnimation/JacobTwoTwo'', and Julie Smockford in ''WesternAnimation/{{Pelswick}}'', among many, many others.
