2	Ben Burtt (born July 12, 1948) is an American sound designer best known for his frequent collaborations with Creator/GeorgeLucas, particularly on the ''Franchise/StarWars'' and ''Franchise/IndianaJones'' franchises. In that capacity, he designed such iconic ''Star Wars'' sound effects as Darth Vader's breathing and the humming of lightsabers as well as the "voices" of R2-D2 and Chewbacca. He is also notable for naming the [[StockScream Wilhelm scream]] and turning it into a Hollywood in-joke.
