Die-Cut vs G-Force is a 1993 comic book miniseries from the Creator/MarvelUK imprint of Creator/MarvelComics. It's written by John Freeman and illustrated by John Royle and Tim Perkins, with color art by Euan Peters.

The story is set in the shared Franchise/MarvelUniverse, with most of the characters linked to other Marvel UK books.

ComicBook/DieCut is a robot-hating antihero, an alien genius with a huge blade grafted to one arm. He can cut through anything, including spacetime itself.

Professor Daniel Jones is a physicist who's studying wormholes and superstring theory. He's just joined Mys-Tech, a nefarious organisation led by evil, immortal sorcerers, who are now sending him through an artificial wormhole with a squad of their "Warhead" mercenaries. They've kitted him out in what's basically a hi-tech superhero suit for the occasion, to help keep him alive.

Jones - who's not yet the titular G-Force - and Die-Cut are about to cross paths for the first time. An encounter that will end with them saving the Earth (and a few other worlds) from an army of Cyberdrones and a sentient bomb.

The first issue was released September 21, 1993.

!!Die-Cut vs G-Force includes the following tropes:

* AssimilationPlot: Acquiring the long-lost gestalt bomb ("the primary artefact") and the activator will allow the Cyberdrones to start assimilating their organic victims instead of just killing them.
* TheChessmaster: The Time Guardian is manipulating events to guide Daniel towards his future as G-Force.
* HiveMind: The Cyberdrones have a robotic hive mind. Anyone they assimilate is connected to it.
* MissExposition: Duran, one of the civilians caught up in the slaughter on Hskelos, recognises Die-Cut and immediately spends a whole page explaining his history to her friend Salba. A page later her role in the story ends.
* TheMole: Daniel's been warned about Mys-Tech and he's infiltrating them, not loyal to them.
* PeoplePuppets: The activator takes control of Die-Cut's body, but not his mind. He's still able to speak when under its control.
* RobotWar: The Cyberdrones have been fighting other races for several million years. At the start of the story they drop out of the sky over Hskelos and start killing the population.
